Order the Philly and it tasted just like a roast beef sandwich.... no kind of seasoning on it at all... it was so bland and tasteless....And my favorite place for 6 years I don't go to the mall much but when I do I always eat here... I know new owners have taken over I don't know if it's been a year or two or what but I will never go back ever

Best sandwich guaranteed! I drove an hour to get a sandwich, better than any sandwich place I’ve tried. Honestly I’m not even sure how anyone can leave a 1 star rating. People are honestly so petty and shouldn’t be aloud to use comments. Go to sacramento and try it if you think the “employees” are that bad. To add this was mine and my husbands go to sandwich place! Thank you Charleys!

I'm reporting about Charley's Cheesesteaks in Reno mall. They claim to be worlds greatest cheesesteaks. As a person who has been to Philadelphia a few times (definitely recommend visiting during the 4th of July) I have to say that this place leaves a few things to be desired. First the meat is plentiful. I mean the bread could hardly wrap around it. If you're going to fry meat and cheese together it's going to be moist. On the east coast bread is kind of their thing. There's definitely more bread than steak in their sandwiches and the seasoning saltiness is more from the cheese than anything added to the steak. Cheese wiz for the connoisseur. There's just too much going on at Charley's. Now to be fair, it's not a bad choice is you want to fill up on protein. It may be the best cheesesteak in that food court. May also be the best cheesesteak in the meadowood mall. But I'm betting it's not exactly the best cheesesteak on the McCarran loop, or even Reno. False advertising. It's like trying to say you sell the best cheesecake but if you're not in New York I'd begin to have my doubts. Interesting experience but certainly not the best in the world.

I'm obsessed with this place. I had the old school cheesesteak and loaded fries! We tried a few places before this wonderful place but we're very disappointed. Thankfully we found this spot last week and this is our 2nd time ordering. It's so good and fresh! This is my new cheat day eating spot

I’ve been to this location twice since it opened. I had Charley’s many times while I was serving in the US Army and always thought it was pretty good. the old school is great.. I grew up just outside of Philly & for a chain restaurant it “scratches my itch.” A lot of reviews of this location are very negative & I strongly disagree. Everyone has been very nice and attentive.. I hope Charley’s @ Meadowood succeeds! In my opinion it’s the best option @ the food court.

First time eating there food was extremely salty fries was worse had a very hard time eating some bites had so much salt it was hard to eat .Also they had to remake my order as I do not like onions and they made it with onions
