The pasta meal being heavily covered in sauce with obvious visual condition nothing was offered other than server will let the chef know Don’t order the Alfredo soup!!.Food is very expensive and when you get a bad obvious bad meal don’t return to the restaurant.The Reno Southridge location is excellent to visit

I love Chilus. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I usually get three meals out of the fajitas. We usually order to pick up and the food is always ready when we get there or very shortly thereafter. There as never been a mistake in our order. Why only four stars? There is a three item menu option under rips and combos. The menu pictures all three items including ribs. The description includes ribs. The menu shows a price for the item described and pictured. When you click on it to order you must choose three items. If you choose the ribs (pictured and in Clyde’s in the description) it costs $3 more than the price shown. This is like picturing and describing a hamburger then charging extra if you want a beef patty rather than peanut butter and jelly. Chilis is pulling a con. What shenanigans will they enrage in next? Now when ordering we must keep our guard up to make sure we will get what is pictured and described at the price represented. Chilis is chiseling.

Very clean restaurant. Typical for Chili's. Food came out fast warm and prompt. Only complaint I have. Is the food service take your order and then somebody else brings your food. When they bring it they just dump it and run don't ask if you need anything else or can I get you anything. Other than that everything else is great.

Tori was one of the best servers my wife and I have ever had at a restaurant!The appetizer and drink came out before she had finished taking our order!We were super pleased with the value we got.
Good location. Service is good, nice assortment of drinks at a reasonable price, and the food is always tasty. My kids like Chili's and it's convenient, so we end up here a lot. I like the dry rub ribs and the new spicy margarita with tajin around the rim.
