It's just not very good. The cookies aren't fresh either. Been here twice since it's much closer than Crumble. But I'm never actually impressed :( Of course these cookies aren't cheap, and I don't mind that because I love a good cookie, but what are we being asked to tip for? Another example of how asinine tipping culture has become. And they don't accept cash. I guess it's because they prefer credit card fees and don't know how to give change?

*Edit to reply to owner response* A few of the cookies were missing from the picture because we were having a movie night and my kids had their cookies on their plates. It doesn't change the fact that these cookies were very, very hard and unenjoyable. Maybe the cookies were old? We went there about 9pm but a cookie place should have fresh cookies around the clock. I have never experienced hard cookies from crumble. 20% off these expensive cookies is not worth a trip back.Not impressed. Went here for the first time tonight and got a box of 12 cookies. Most of them were hard as a rock, sunken in, or had no flavor. I usually love sugar cookies but theirs tastes like hard dough with too much flour and not enough sugar. The purple cookie and several of the others were very hard and not at all enjoyable. Several other cookies were sunken and caved in. Totally not worth the high price. We live in south Reno but would rather drive out to Spanish Springs and visit Crumbl any day of the week before ever going here again. Crumbl has consistently amazing cookies that are actually worth the steep price.

We stopped in for our first time this weekend. The 2 young men working were super nice and helpful. I told the one that helped us I had never been in before and he immediately described each of the flavors and which were most popular. The cookies are really tasty! We will definitely be back.

We were literally just about to drive down from Spanish Springs to try these cookies but after seeing the way the owner respond to less than stellar reviews, it's quite clear he has no business skills. Not going to get a dime of my money.
