Came from Vegas, where Cafe Rio has set the bar to an unreachable level that Costa Vida can ever dream about.The food is good price is good but the god damn quality is garbage I saw how much cheese, and meat they add and they care too much to save and not give the customer a satisfying amount to the burrito or even a quesadilla they only add a damn pinch of cheese you can't even see cheese or taste it. I'm sure if they made their burrito or quesadilla, they would make a real lunch but not for paying customers.I go to Costa Vida once a week, and it's never been impressive since I moved here in January.I dont want to hear apologies. I want to see policy improvements the next time I go, but it won't happen since everyone in Reno has had nothing better! I'm just wasting my time.It's just been a disappointment back to back.

Save yourself the stomach ache and skip this place! It was busy in there when we went but they had a decent amount of staff working. It still took incredibly long to get through the line, and my food was brought to a back warmer where it sat for a bit while other people were helped. By the time I got the food, it was soggy and barely warm, a few bites of it was all it took to realize it wasn't even worth chocking it down. Unfortunately, this was the least of my concerns as about 40 minutes later both of us had horrible stomach aches.

What is there for taco Tuesday? Well that was a mistake. Oh yeah they don't have an on taco Tuesday anymore, I had the black and beans didn't look good. as they put it on my plate made me sick anyway and that's all I got I wanna go back.

I gotta tell you, this food looks amazing!(Again, sorry! I just deliver...) But when I pick-up, I pay attention. So, this place is basically like Chipotle but better. And I'm not sure if Chipotle makes their tortillas on site, but this place does. Servings are healthy, and it seems your entree choices are a bit more diverse.Now, the one thing I was not very impressed with as far as picking up food goes, was the service. My order had not been started when I walked in. And three different people asked me about it, but then went off to help with the customers in line making their orders instead. I ended up waiting about 15 or more minutes to get my delivery order.But! They are on top of it if you walk in to eat.

I really like costa vidas food. The sweet pork is amazing. However, the service is horrendous. We had be going every Tuesday for months. Two months ago the service became intolerable. We would be the only ones in line and it took 30 minutes to prepare 2 dishes. This happened numerous times so we stopped going. We again tried costa vida this week with even worse service. There employed stand around socializing. We were the only ones in line and the employee looked at us and then continued with other tasks. He didn’t acknowledge us, say I’ll be right with you or stop his task to take our order. After about 3-5 minutes of waiting we left. What a shame how bad their service has become.

Horrible customer service picked up a turn hub order and one the guys just placed the order on the counter didn’t say anything I’m just supposed to assume it’s the order I’ve been waiting for, like it’s not hard to have customer service. Maybe these are the people that need to work in the back and only do prep work food for thought.
Ignored for a solid 10 minutes to simply pick up my online order. Another 10 minutes go by and they hand me a bag with half my order in it. Totally apathetic staff.

The food was good, but the service wasn't good because the people Serving the food didn't look kind. I felt like the manager was being disrespectful to them. And also the manager was telling the other workers to not give us more of any of the sweet pork or any other proteins. Which it was weird.
Ingredients were not offered (guacamole and Pico). No specialty drinks. Rude manager. And they overcharged for the meal; they billed higher than they advertised. We confronted them about the price difference, and they didn't care at all.

I first went to the restaurant on October the 10/24/The food was delicious so I went back on October the 26th and order 3 burritos with extra Extra extra rice And she said I cannot give you that free I told her I don't want it free I'm willing to pay for it She made a large scene in the restaurant I was very embarrassed They should not have uneducated And Incompetent People working with the public
