Haven’t been to a Cracker Barrel for years and decided to try out the new Reno Location. Did not disappoint. Enjoyed the food and our server, Ryann, was amazing. We were well taken care of and really enjoyed our 1st experience with Cracker Barrel in a long time. Definitely will return.

Crazy busy on Easter Sunday! Clean store and well stocked. Our server Brandy was delightful! Glad to have this restaurant on 80.

Good service crew and friendly as well. Love the menu and can shop as well. The ambiance is good.

Just a name should evoke feelings of home cooking, and the desire to be there. Well, the food and the way is proportioned deflated all of that. I never liked their friend chicken because it's too hard to the teeth, so I tried breakfast. The patties were small and overcooked. The eggs were the only good part of the whole thing. My wife ordered dumplings, but they were not that great. If this is Southern cooking, it leaves a lot to be desired, but if it needs to be improved, then let it be so. Not a fan.

The dining room is very loud, due to the wood floor.Parking: There is not enough parking for all the restaurants crammed into this plot of land.

We decided to give it another try! Our friends have gone with no issues! First we get there on a Saturday night and they don't have enough servers to seat us. I had elderly people with me, and they need to sit down. The guy went and got me a chair for one of my friends to sit down in the store. She was hanging on to the shelving for dear life. We finally got seated, the tables are so close together you can barely get in to your seat because the guy behind you is up against your chair. It's hard when you have elderly folks! We had the barrel bites loaded tots (best thing on the menu). My fish was disgusting so dried out along with my husband's pork chops! My friend got the chicken and dumplings, she had 2 bites and she was done! The food is awful! The service is good!! I can't understand why they are serving the worst food on the planet? Is it bad help/cooks? Is it buying bad cheap food? Where is Chef Ramey's to help this new change restaurant? They need help!!! We will never go to another Cracker Barrel as long as we live!! Stay away and pay extra and go to Texas Roadhouse for dinner or Jacks for Breakfast even a Casino is better than this place!!!

Their delivery is absolutely terrible. It's clear the staff doesn't care. Go anywhere else for breakfast, it'll be better.

We did a large take-out order on Friday early afternoon and were pleased with the food and the experience. One item was missing, however. The food was very acceptable contrary to the bad reviews on recent Yelp posts. If the place is overly crowded at popular times of the day, perhaps take-out is best so that all can eat in peace.
