I had a really bad initial experience at this location. It did not go over well. I was provided a gift card and told i could use it elsewhere. I had a problem with it at the other location. After a call and a sweet server the owner came in and introduced himself and made it right. They went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more grateful. I wanted to fix my review because a owner that goes out of his way to personally fix and go above and beyond deserves a second chance in my book. Food was fabulous, drunks were great, and I feel satisfied. I will go back to the second location and might give the otherr closer to my home another chance. Thanks Daniel!

This place was really good. Service was super friendly. The decor was nothing fancy but I wasn't there to look at decor. Had good game playing and it was quiet and comfortable. The sauce reminds me of tasing canes but that was where the similarity ends. The chicken tender was huge and it had a nice spicy flavor. The peach tea was tasty as well. If you make your way to Reno you won't be disappointed eating here.

If you like wasting money then please go ahead and go to crazy D's hot chicken. The food here is tasteless I've went here twice now and both times have disappointed me. The first time I've went I got a medium flavored combo 2 it had no taste. I just went again today (2-3-2024) and got a the Hot flavored combo #2 and it was just disappointment. I will not be going here anymore. This restaurant is extremely over priced as well I got two combo #2 and one order of crazy fries and it came out to $55 are you serious? For the food they are cooking it shouldn't be more than $15. A spicy mcchicken at McDonald's is more spicy and flavor. Please don't waste your time & money here. -Side note they charge for ranch.....I got 5 ranch & they charged me $5.41 for it. The ranch as well tasted terrible. I don't think I have anything nice to say about crazy D's chicken.

We come here for the food. The chicken is delicious. We got two #1 combos and a half peach tea and half lemonade. Food is spicy and scrumptious. Tea is just sweet enough to taste like a peach crisp. They are open late and are reasonably priced!Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and Have an intolerance to Pork. I don't have to worry about my stomach being destroyed with this food.

I loved crazy D's. Visited here numerous times. During my visit today, I noticed something had changed. I am a texturized eater and I immediately noticed they decreased the quality of chicken they were using. It's stringy and dry and something that instantly made me want to never return.

Felt a little like the staff didn't care the place was falling apart. Broken chairs and extension cords in inappropriate places. The service was excellent however, no complaints. My wife and son both had the wings. The garlic parm was so salty, neither of them could finish. I had a medium hot Mac n cheese and tenders bowl, which I enjoyed.
