Found this wonderful place on instagram. My wife is post surgery bariatric patient. She needs protein and craves sweets. Crush nutrition really is the best place for that. Shakes, wonderful, protein teas, homemade snacks. The donuts are delicious. Shakes are so good and healthy. So if you're looking for a healthy snack or meal replacement, give crush nutrition a try. The owners are super helpful and friendly! Got a nice chill friendly vibe!

We have gone here twice in the last week or so and we have loved everything about Crush! The staff are unbelievably nice and are so happy to explain everything about the menu and its health benefits. Everything we have had was delicious and shakes and teas are very filling! We definitely plan on being consistent customers!

Now having been a handful of times it's time I give some praise. I have had several shakes so far and a tea or two. Only one I have not loved, and that was just due to personal preferance. Great little spot to hit after a workout too! Which is what I did today and it was so refreshing. I've really enjoyed their goodies! The owner Aj has been so kind and patient as well while I decide what to try next each visit. Can't wait to work my way through the menu!

Love this place! The workers are so kind and amazing at there job and so nice! There drinks are amazing, my personal favorite is there Peachy Peach iced tea. But there was one thing that made me give a 4, and that's because when I first got the Peachy Peach iced tea I loved it, it was very good, but this time that I got it it tasted different, and I wasn't really felling it so that's why I have a 4. But overall I love this place and I do recommend coming to the nearest Crush store because they have a lot of awesome options.

We live on the Northwest side of Reno and have made the drive down 2 days in a row just to stop in for a crush shake or tea! As a mama of 5 it's difficult to find a treat they all love and that isn't terrible for them or myself. CRUSH checks all the boxes! We are dedicated fans!

This was my first time at Crush. AJ and Megan were very friendly to all the customers. The environment was extremely clean and the protein drinks were the best I've had. We had the Orange cream with extra protein and Cinnamon Toast Crunch with extra protein. We also tried the caramel protein donuts. If anyone is nearby, this place is a must stop. It's really hard to find healthy options with high protein and low sugar. This place will definitely become a regular spot for us! Let's keep them open Reno! -Kelsey

I didn't realize they closed at 3. So I pulled up and looked on Google for their hours. I kept receiving ads on Instagram about this place and I live across town. Well the owner caught me in my car and let me inside. Super nice super friendly guy, down to earth. It was my first time ever there and I appreciate him doing that I would've just went home. I had the special this month which was the Shamrock shake. DELICIOUS. I appreciate the healthy aspect and the vision they have for this place. I will come back and try more of their menu! The owner didn't have to let me in but I'm glad he did! The prices are super reasonable and the macros are friendly. Im glad they opened in Reno because we need more people like the owners and we need more of their stores across the city.
This place is sooooo good! I'm so glad I stumbled across an ad for them! I went in today and got the Cookies and Cream meal replacement shake and it was AMAZING!! I am pretty picky when it comes to protein shakes and I was blown away! I was in and out so fast too. They also have energy drinks that look super good, I will be back to try one very soon. I am so glad South Reno has another quick HEALTHY choice. Go check them out you won't be disappointed!!

Crush has quickly become one of my favorite places! I had heard great things about it from members at my gym and I finally got to stop in for my friends birthday. I have been back pretty much every week since lol. I like to try a different protein shake each time I go and they all have been really tasty and filling. I also really love that they have monthly special flavors for the teas and shakes. I'm currently hooked on the Shamrockin March special shake. My favorite treat on the menu has to be the chocolate banana waffles. They are so good and have 31 grams of protein and you would never know it. It's really nice to have a place to visit where I can treat myself while also getting good nutritional benefits.

Stopped in after my morning workout on my way to work. Loved the easy access right off the free way. The gal behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming and explained the protein shakes were more than just protein and included essential food groups as well and under 200 calories. I got the peanut butter cup protein shake. It was delicious and kept me full for hours after. Great find and look forward to stopping in again in the future!
