Went on Dec 9th. Used the drive thru. We were the 3rd car in lone when we arrived. It took 20 minutes to order and get food. The drive thru attendant was very rude and unprofessional. She kept telling us to hold on. And told me that strawberry lemonade doesn't come with meals........what??When we finally got our food, she just kept saying "here!" When handing me the items. She practically through the bag of food out of the window. The fries were completely cold. We ordered the 8 layer veggie burrito. It definitely was not 8 layers. All that was tasted was sour cream and beans. It ended up being thrown away. We also ordered the epic guacamole burrito. It was also completely cold.I usually come to this location because of the service and food quality. I understand everyone has an "off" day but this was ridiculous.

I rarely give any fast food place 5 stars, because I rarely eat 'fast food' (my husband says Del Taco is not fast food, it's 'fresh food').And he's kind of right. Del Taco makes your food cooked to order, Instead of it already being made, and waiting for you under a heat lamp.And as far as this location is concerned?It's great! They get my order right every time, and if they are out of something they will offer something else. And the person at the window is always pleasant & professional. This is my go-to Del Taco!

There is absolutely no reason in the world. I should have to wait my entire lunch break to get my food that I ordered. It literally took 30 minutes to get 2 chicken soft tacos and a chicken quesadilla.
