Our department spends hundreds of dollars there every year for Christmas certificates for staff. I used my certificate to eat lunch there and half of the items on the menu were not available. They are never open consistent hours or not open at all. They seem to be going downhill.

Small little hole in the wall place. Great location for the hospital staff too! The sandwiches are delicious and fill you up! You're able to mix things up and create something that you know you will enjoy too. Friendly staff and they're helpful if you're not sure what to order!!

Good flavor and ingredients.. but c'mon. We have to be looking at the freshness of this stuff before it goes into the container, right? No? I dunno, I would be mortified if I served wilted spinach to a customer in exchange for money. Might possibly try this spot again someday, but no time soon. I remember this spot having great cupcakes, maybe I'll stick to those..

I've never eaten anything I didn't like at Dish Cafe. This place is a hidden lunch gem. They always have daily specials and fresh baked goods. My go to is their Can Can Panini w/ a side salad. The panini is always perfectly grilled and the house balsamic is devine. This place is always on my lunch spot rotation.

Dined in for only the second time in a year. I mainly use the Dish for catering my monthly events and other special occasions.I was craving a Reuben. The dish has one of thee best “Megan’s Famous Reubens” I have ever had!! The use High Quality pastrami, instead of the fatty beef brisket, the marble Rye swirl bread, is delis, kraut, Swiss and their secret sauce. So delicious!!!! If you never had a Reuben you must try this one!Did you know March is national Reuben sandwich month. In Omaha Nebraska March 14th is national Reuben sandwich day?Enjoy!!!
Dish Cafe does sandwiches right! I found you through a Google search and man am I glad! Your Sicilian Panini was so good! I also enjoyed the Mamacita. I see why you are Food Network famous! I'll eat here when I come back to Reno!

They do not wear gloves at food prep or when preparing ready to eat food ! This is totally disgusting. Long hair bumping into plates too small of a space to work cleanly. AVOID

Are you looking for extraordinary food for your Baby or Bridal Shower or “Sprinkle”? DISH Cafe in Reno, NV is your answer! The boxed brunch menu that they created for our daughter’s shower had everyone raving! The lavender vanilla scones and chocolate espresso scones were heavenly, the curried chicken salad sandwiches were scrumptious and the chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting melted in your mouth! They even provided an option for our gluten sensitive guests for dessert (chocolate oat haystacks) and vegetarian boxed lunch options!!We were particularly grateful that the food came boxed and individually packaged. This put our guests at ease during COVID season.To our surprise, it was quite a challenge to find a restaurant that was willing to do boxes but DISH was not only happy to, they had a variety of menu options for us to choose from!! Thanks again to the staff at DISH!
