I have given this place a chance a few times, but have continuously been let down. Their coffee gets the job done but their breakfast goods taste as if they sat in chlorine or some kind of chemical for an extended period of time before being cooked and served. No matter what it is, the bagel bites or breakfast sandwiches they all taste tampered with or contaminated.

I door dash. This youngster handed me 2 small bags and 2 drinks. No drink holder and instead of putting the 2 small bags into 1 bag he left me having to carry 4 different items. No consideration! No common sense! Then he was sarcastic to me as I was leaving. I was so disgusted by this employees attitude and behavior I couldn't even speak because I knew I would tell him off! Dunking donuts at the Walmart on w.7th street should be avoided at all cost!

Place is disgusting, kitchen looks filthy trash on floors in kitchen and trash cans over flowing can be see from the register. Display case is dirty with nats coffees taste like chemicals are put in them . Employees seen coughing over food while prep no gloves. Dirty dinning room.

We ordered on Grubhub and received a call from the poor driver that she got there and they made her call to inform me every single item I ordered was out (5 items) and no substitutions. This was 30 minutes after I ordered and after the driver drove there for nothing, when they could have canceled on their own. So bad.

A quick visit to this Dunkin' donut shop inside the NW Walmart was such a disappointment. It was just a treat for my son, we each ordered a chocolate bar doughnut. Planned to eat it there as just a break in our shopping time. The lady at the counter was very pleasant. I received my receipt and very surprised that the total for just the two donuts was $5. This is not my first doughnut! Usually go to Doughboys right near there. The seating area was such a mess. Staff there could easily have kept it looking okay. The doughnut was flat and not the doughnut I was expecting. Sadly, will never go there again.
Someone needs to take a look at this business and take care of it properly! I only see one or two people serving all the customers, leading to poor service and a lot of heated conversations! Recruit more people, please!

Saturday morning 10am.......donuts already stale.....clerk very rude obviously doesn't like her job......was told jelly donuts were not made......when the clerk was told we wanted a dozen she rolled her eyes and grunted...store was dirty......will not be returning.......what the hell has happened to Dunkin' Donuts?????

I work for a food delivery service and I'm forever done with this Dunkin' location. They are always short staffed, new faces all the time and they often have one associate working when two would be hard-pressed to handle the work load. It seems that every time I go here, I have to call my delivery customer because they were out of things ordered and needed to substitute something else. It's a major waste of my time. I won't accept any future deliveries from here.

Yeah I know the commercial that tells you that you gotta have Dunkin. Maybe they're right when you're inside a Walmart that happens to have one parked strategically at their entrance. This particular visit was a need. I had to have coffee and I also had some funds on a stored gift card that needed to be used. So win-win, right?I stepped up to the convenient order kiosk as I really didn't know what I wanted and it allowed for some personalization of the order to my liking and punched away madly at the screen to get this and more of that and be awestruck they still ordered other things but refrained from buying them. The store was clean for the most part. With one employee present you can only expect so much and it was pretty solid which also meant patrons did their part too. Adulting without feeling entitled definitely was evident. *queue loud applause here*The end result was a large cold brew made up to mimic a pumpkin induced favorite from other chains. It worked not knowing their ratios and surprisingly well done! I also picked up a pack of 25 assorted Munchkins - their copyrighted donut hole they've been known for an eternity for. Unfortunately, this is where the miss was for the day.Munchkins, as any donut, deserves a certain freshness quality that must be adhered to for maximum enjoyment. These all tasted like they were day olds even though they should have been fresh that day. They were enjoyable and eaten quickly once identified their statu but they should have lasted us an extra day or two max. We felt the need to run through them all that day and we did to avoid waste. Sure...I'll come again when in the area because I'm a fan of the place. Hopefully the quality will be better.
