IM HONESTLY VERY DISAPPOINTED! Waited more than 30min just so they can hand my order to someone else. The man they handed it to gave it back to the worker and they put it in a different bag & tried giving it to us, acting like if we didn’t see everything that happened. He could’ve simply put something quick in the food etc. yet they get mad like it’s our fault.

Becky is so nice. It’s unbelievable. There are still wonderful people in the world. The food is amazing. The service is great. Does it cost a little more it does but well worth it. We usually get the farm hand. It’s not on the list and the caramel macchiato is the sweetest and best but the chai tea here is to die for … thank you Einsteins you rock. ???

Absolutely terrible experience. I have no idea how this place has 4 stars. Waited over 20 min for 2 bagels that were ICE COLD. i would recommend not ever wasting your time or money on this business.

It's gone totally down hill. They burn the food since they have reopened. I have been twice and both times they burned the food and served it anyway. Yesterday they not only burned it, but it looked like they literally pulled part of the burn off and served it anyway for a $7.31 waste of food and money.

The bagels are good, concern for customer comfort is not. This is the second time recently when the dining area is just flat out cold with all the doors propped open. It’s winter. People are eating. If your work area is warm, I’m sorry but making your customers suffer isn’t the answer.

Employee in front was so bitter. A customer asked what coffee he recommended he said I have no idea as if he doesn’t work there! Was so friendly towards the young gals in front. Shouldn’t pick and choose whom you are polite to.
I don’t usually complain about any food services..even when bad. This really irritated me as I have worked in food service for years prior and this experience helped me decide that I probably will not be going back for a good while. I just got off a 12 hr shift and wanted a quick bite for my fiancé and myself. We love Einstein Bagel and always pick this first when available. I ordered two brisket sandwiches with extra brisket on both. I PAID for extra brisket on both. I got my order, got home, opened the first sandwich and there is MAYBE 1 oz of brisket on the entire sandwich…. My fiancé opens his. Same thing. The person taking the order was already super unenthusiastic and unwelcoming as it was. Seeing this and seeing how much I paid for extra then not getting it was incredibly disappointing and aggravating. I had a super long night at work and did not want to drive back because I do not live close so I did not go back. Lesson learned. Don’t trust the drive thru and make sure if you pay for it, you GET IT.

This Einsteins Bros. Bagels is nothing but the best! The environment here is great and so are the employees. One of the best employees would have to be this gentleman named Abel. Great attitude and never fails to make the atmosphere enjoyable and comfortable!

This is about my experience, not the food. There was a poster up a couple of weeks ago in Einstein's drive-thru. It said order on our app, and we'll give you coffee for free. So I signed up on the app and put in my first app order a few days later. I didn't get a coffee with my order, I guess it was a February promo... even though the poster was still up in the drive thru in March, but I ordered anyway. Upon arrival to pick up my order in the drive thru, I was refused my order. I was told at the ordering speaker that I would have to pull around and pick up my order from catering. There were 3 cars in front of me and 1 car behind me. All they had to do was hand me my food out the window, and they wouldn't do it. I had to drive around, park my car, and go into catering to get my order. There was nothing on the app that said I had to do this, nor a sign in the drive thru that said I had to do this. I was late for work because of this. I can not believe that you do this to your paying customer. Would have taken 30 seconds to hand me my order through the drive-through window. I really like your food but the service was ridiculous.

Einstein always has solid and reliable bagels/sandwich options. I always get the Nova Lox bagel since it’s filling, nutritious, and pretty tasty.
