I ordered the new chicken and shrimp Baja tostada, paid 12.99 plus tax and tip. Worked 12 hours. Got home to eat my dinner. And no shrimp!! Paid for something I didn't get. Too long of drive to go back.

Haven't been to an el pollo loco in a few years(California ones)Been to this location twice now and for some reason have been disappointed. Spent almost 20 dollars for a single meal each time and both times the chicken tasted burnt and they fill everything with so much beans that it's almost disgusting. No longer offer you to grab your own salsa and it's 3 bucks just for a guac side. A little ridiculous. Idk if it's just this location or maybe the chain changed it's ways but I remember the California locations were always great, authentic and they let you fill and pick your own salsas. Will not bother with el pollo loco anymore unfortunately. They also have people working there who make you feel rushed, like you can't look at the menu and want you to place an order quickly. Was asked if I was ready 3 times in 1 single minute even tho they saw me checking out the menu. I also watched my burrito sit on top of a condiment container for awhile before being placed in a bag. Just extremely unsatisfied both times here and I wish I didn't waste my money...

The food was amazing as always, just that the service was not really good, they did everything fine but when they called our number they said the wrong one so the other person took all out food, and when my dad went to confront the manager the manager got mad and said they had called our number and not the one that they had called. And when they gave us our order a few things were missing so then my mom went to ask for them and one of the workers made a face like " oh my God what do you want"( he didn't say it). But apart from that is was fine we still love the food.

The worst service in the world I placed an order for delivery for a hundred dollars worth of food and NEVER GOT THE FOOD! THE WEBSITE IS A TOTAL JOKE I called the store and they said they were sending the food again I never got the food again I call and they said they couldn't send the food I have to order from door dash again I did not order thru door dash I ordered thru pollo locos website so they said they refunded my money only I did not get a refund either I'm out a hundred dollars and have no food or money to feed my kids tonight and he managers don't even care they won't do anything about it at all do not order from here
