First time. Little pricey but they give you options for a small, medium and large subs so I got a large sub and it was worth the money. I did request no spicy just sweet since I don't like spicy food and my request was granted! It was delicious!! This location was nice and clean with a friendly staff.

Hit this spot up recently with my oldest after her appointment. The lady cashier was very sweet and friendly. However I'm not a huge fan of the business itself. The sandwich I ordered was mehhh, and extremely small for the price. The spots pretty chill otherwise just not somewhere I'd go again as this is the second time and just not impressed unfortunately.

I walk in 15 minutes before the website said my order would be ready and sit down under the sign that says pick up. They clear the line several times, ask people that come in after me if they're there to pick up. So finally they clear the line, no one new comes in,.and circle up and start a fascinating conversation. I go over to the order area 8 minutes after my order was supposed to be done and ask if they would start my order. They take me over and show me my fifty odd dollar order that had been sitting in the open next to the Grub Hub sign for about 25 minutes or so. Accidents happen but the laughing as the door shut behind me is why I'm posting a review. The food was fine, but cold, plenty edible.

I love firehouse subs. I love a warm sandwich. I really like that they have a special sometimes when you are a app member. I've never had something I didn't like. Haha. So that means I really enjoy them. The atmosphere is a typical sandwich place. I like the variety of their fountain machine.

Bomb! Totally bomb, deliciously delicious! Each and every single time I have to come to this location in particular they've not ever disappointed me! The sandwiches are always hot, made to perfection and truly consistent! They have a varied menu and it's best to put you're order in on the app, saves so much time! The staff is quite friendly as well, mostly though their food is just well, as mentioned previously delicious! Always fresh, always ready when pledged to be, and specifications are never overlooked! A big thank you to Firehouse subs is southwest Reno, nearly every one of your sandwiches is impressive! The quality is marvelously fresh, especially the meat&veggies and simply cannot be beaten! Overall Exceptional in more ways than one!!

I have been to Firehouse Subs south Reno NV location 2 times. The first time they misplaced my order. The second time they ran out of bread. Both times I stood around 15 minutes before I asked about my order. How could you not plan to make sure there's enough bread? There were 5 teenagers at the front, standing around, talking, laughing, and one even dancing. Someone else came out from the back (kitchen?). Food is good, but not good enough to deal with the lousy service.

5 people on staff, 4 hanging out in the office while 1 actually making sandwiches (SLOWLY) while the line stacks up. 20 minute wait to pick up my online order that should’ve been ready on arrival. UPDATE, multiple customers that arrived after me, ordered and received their orders while I’m still waiting 25 minutes plus. TOTAL JOKE of customer “service.”
First off they have a soda machine that Coke Zero and Sprite Zero(that's heaven sent) second my sandwich had such amazing flavors that I make this place my sandwich go to spot!! The place was clean . I say have patience and it will be worth it!! I don't even have to wait long gal did an awesome job!!

While it's a bit pricier than your average fast sub restaurant, they make it worth it in terms of quality and quantity. Delicious subs, and I appreciate that they have a coke freestyle machine for soft drinks. That is always an above and beyond option that I love!

My experience at Firehouse Subs Damonte Ranch in Reno was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we placed our order, it was evident that the employees lacked any sense of urgency. They were goofing off and stood around for a staggering half an hour before even starting on our sandwiches. To make matters worse, I witnessed another customer's order being lost entirely, adding to the chaos and inefficiency. As for my own sandwich, it was a far cry from fresh. The ingredients seemed stale and lacked any flavor. This visit was a complete letdown, and I have no intentions of returning to such a poorly managed and tasteless establishment.

This place is wild. Last time "they" put meat on my veggie sub--first bite of meat for me in nearly 30 years. Decided to go back today (yup dumbo right here) and we waited at the counter for probably 10 mins--wife called out to see if anyone would respond, I called via telephone. Nothing. Wild How is this even possible. Full on ridiculous.
