I love the Flowing Tide at West 4th & Mccarran because they have the "Family Room" which is non-smoking & quieter. And I find that the servers are friendly & helpful. And, the food is great!
I always get good service from the waitresses but the food is only good sometimes and their craft beer selection is very poor and they let people smoke cigarettes wherever they want so it's super annoying for non-smokers. I have the location wrong I'm talking about the Flowing Tide that's on Longley Lane.

Had a group breakfast during the week around 800 a.m.Not many patrons about 5 or 6, however the service was very slowww...After we were seated we didn't recieve the menus until about 18 minutes later.Once orders take, about another 25 minutes before food was served.The staff was friendly and food just ok.I can't recommend this and suggest you look elsewhere for a breakfast.

This review is mostly based on the rudeness of the staff. I raved about this place and have taken my family and clients here since it opened. I recently had a friend visiting from out of the country. She was denied entry to the establishment even being of age solely because she had a foreign ID. It was a government issued ID and the bartender/server let me know that it was “the law” that didn’t allow foreign IDs this is based either completely on the incompetence and illiteracy of the server or as he also stated “this is our rule” since I am certain this is not a state or National law I can only determine that it is a rule of the establishment that doesn’t allow foreign IDs. In a “tourist” city this seems absolutely absurd. Unless it’s a race issue. I really would not like to blame the establishment since I did not have this issue at the Flowing Tide location in Sparks or the South Meadows location. I think the servers need to be better trained or be able to communicate the establishment rules better instead of saying “I don’t have time” this was a disappointment ig visit to my home location
The WORST SERVICE!!! The bouncer is a rude dick. They made me feel So uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hated the whole 2 hours it took for a med well steak sandwich. Awful. I do not recommend coming here. The food was 2/10. The vibe was weird and the bathroom toilets did not flush. Our server was Sydney M and she was the worst. Moody, rude, bothered to have to serve us.

Food used to be excellent and service also. Last 6 months both gone downhill. Food sometimes ok but more often not. Have gotten up a few times to find a waitress. We have gone here for years but no longer.
