We got Bun Bo Hue (spicy hue noodle) and banh mi. Both were delicious. The noodle looks and tastes amazing. The portions are also big. The staffs and the owner are very nice and friendly. 10/10 would go back again

The atmosphere is always family oriented. The owners are very attentive and love making sure to make you feel like a part of the family. My kiddos and mom come here consistently and never have they had a bad experience. The food is amazing the drinks are so yummy and the people here are great!

I used to swear by a different pho place off Kitzke but after I learned this place changed owners from Fortune Star to Got Pho, I had to give it another try. I don’t usually write reviews until I’ve been a few times to make sure everything is consistent and DANG this place gets it right 100000% of the time. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve had here. Their broth is amazing and is my go-to when I want something warm or pho in general. I like their spring rolls and noodle dishes also.The food is flavorful, not salty, staff is friendly and very helpful. I’ve brought pho to two of my friends while they were in the hospital and they said it was the best thing for them. Amazing place!

Absolutely demolished my pho. I got a 14 so if anyone needs a good recommendation, get that and stop scrolling the menu for other options because that meal is heaven (unless you do not eat meat/vegan then I recommebd a different option). Good customer service here too!

I've lived in the Northwest Reno area for 4 years now and did not know this place existed. It is now one of my favorite pho places in Reno. The spring rolls are a really good and the only reason I did not give five stars is because they could use some basil inside. The beef stew pho is so delicious and the beef is fall apart tender. Melts in your mouth. The BBQ pork pho is also delicious. The broth is amazing but the pork was a little overcooked. I can't wait to try more items on the menu.

Well, their online ordering doesn't work. Ordered online and when I got there to pick up my food the lady said all the online orders get forwarded to her boss and he wasn't there. So, they had to make it when I got there. Decent Pho. Nothing special, if anything a few dollars over-priced.

This place is great! Took my mom for dinner and she loved it. Their dishes were very generous, tasty, not greasy, delicious and So many options to choose from. Staff was friendly and worked swiftly on what I thought was a pretty busy night, a few dine in and a lot of people picking up. Would definitely recommend for you to try and definitely will be back!

The best pho we've had after living in multiple major cities. The two of us also ordered a plate of the lemongrass tofu as well after multiple recommendations. We live 30 minutes away, on the other side of Reno, but will be back whenever we decide on pho. Super friendly staff.Vegetarian options: Lemongrass Tofu!

Best Pho I've ever eaten! The veggie tofu pho had broccoli, zucchini, cabbage, onion, mushroom, carrot, water chestnut, and bamboo shoots! The tofu was perfectly crispy. Portions are very generous. Also, try the lemongrass tofu! We will definitely be back.
