We love coming to this restaurant for lunch. Been here several times. Great menu great food never a problem Dinner was a completely different experience by a waitress that needs to learn MORE etiquette and experience. Service from our waitress was absolutely horrible. Husband ordered the salmon and received cod -order came out completely wrong. He doesn't even like cod. Plus Cod was cold, old and tasteless. He ate 1 small piece and left the rest. Very disappointed. We were credited $4 I asked for my salad dressing on the side -that didn't happen. I didn't say anything I just didn't eat it. It was drenched. We barely finished eating- she gave us the bill-stood by our table and wanted payment now. We both felt like we were being rushed. I told her to give me a few minutes but she waited at our table side and handed me the machine to put my card in which I didn't even have out yet. I set my coffee down to get out my cc because She wanted payment now so she didn't have to return back to our table. This waitress needs more training! ** Owner has responded

Our server, Aydan, was friendly and attentive. I had the soup sampler, mushroom barley soup, and tomato soup. It came with 2 toasted sourdough rounds. It was excellent. The iced tea was good also. I recommend Grateful Gardens to everyone.

Wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. Just got served the worst burger of my life. Placed my order and waited almost an hour (it's the lunch rush, so I remained patient). When the food finally arrived, the bun was so stale that it was crumbling apart like a cracker. I decided that I could forgive the bun, but the burger itself was COLD as if they took the patty out of the fridge and forgot to microwave it. I spit it right out and returned it. I never ever return food to the kitchen but this was absolutely disgusting. I will never come to this restaurant again. Beyond the pale.

Olga she has excellent customer service she found out I was in a hurry I didn’t have time to wait around for breakfast all I asked her was for two slices of sourdough bread toasted, turmeric tea and green tea combine excellent choice with a touch of honey, visiting from Simi Valley California I enjoyed this restaurant and her Customer Service was so amazing thank you

Greeted and seated quickly by friendly staff. Asked questions, server spent all the time needed to answer. When food came, took time to explain and then offer alternative dressing (blue cheese was a vinaigrette). The salad was excellent as prepared, fresh ingredients, beautifully presented. Companion had Julie's Bowl and it was wonderful. Portions were generous, food was excellent. Love this place.
