NO! Don’t do it. I was craving fried chicken, and had literally the worst dining experience I can remember. The chicken is terrible, the breading is not crispy, the sandwiches so bare it’s hard to really call them a sandwich. The dining experience is a dystopian future hell, no way to talk to a human, everything is robotic, not welcoming, you can’t go inside or ask questions. All through the website. The payment process makes a 20% tip almost obligatory, for fast food. They don’t have cups for water, you have to buy it. I spent $40 on two Sammie’s and one fry order, no drinks, and it was not even tasty. Ugh, I generally don’t review but this bummed me out.

I'm actually very sad. The first time I ordered from y'all I was like ? THIS IS THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN SANDO IVE EVER TASTED! last night though it was a completely a different story maybe there was a different cook or something 3/1/2023. None of the chicken was sauced like the time before when I ordered a BBQ chicken. Last night I ordered an avocado steak fry, the bacon BBQ and cheese chicken sandwich and a chicken and waffle. All the chickens were dry breaded, and it wasn't the crunchy breading that it shows in the pictures online, or the one I had before, it was a different breading and the chickens were dry the syrup sauce on the chicken and waffle was barely there and only on the waffle and on the BBQ bacon one the sauce was only just under the bun. Now the steak fries are the best in town. They taste like Adalabertos in Sacramento if anyone knows what that is.. none of the "carne asada fries" in Reno can compare to these steak fries. I really wish I woulda gotten 3 orders of those instead of the chicken sandos. I never complained to Uber eats about it because I never really looked further into the sandwiches to know what to expect with these new ones I was trying other than the 1 inch image that's provided on Uber eats. I figured that same chicken I received on my first order in-between a waffle, or adding cheese and bacon one could not go wrong so I went ahead and ordered.. I didn't get that same crunchy, what I describe as "cornflake crunch" because it really reminds me of the cornflake chicken my mom would make for me as a child. Today I looked through the food pictures on the business page in Google because I was trying to show my children the avocado steak fries and when I saw pictures of the items I ordered I knew that the sandwiches that I got last night did not reflect the ones that are shown on Google or the business page. I couldn't even finish my food because what I came for I wasn't given. See the proof in the pictures
