We used to eat at IHOP all the time. Used to love it! However the last three or four times we have ate there we have left with stomach aches for the rest of the entire day. Not sure if it's the better or Oils they use. But this will be the last time we eat at IHOP. We were both not doing well afterwards. And it's not just one particular IHOP it's every IHOP. I used to order the international passport on the regular and it never bothered me until the last few years. We thought we would try it again visiting Reno and wish we hadn't. But that's just us hopefully it works for you! Lady was super nice. The other complaint we have is the prices have gone super high. I could not believe that I paid 16 plus dollars for a small breakfast.

The crepes were the best & the steak was cooked exactly the way I like it. The server was excellent! Great job everyone! ? ??Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair parking is limited. But, the staff is very helpful in accommodating the disabled. I've always been able to find parking, get a table and even use the restrooms.

We use to go there alot food and service was great but the lady normally there was not,2 other servers. After waiting 20 minutes I had to get there attention just to take our order and they each had only 2 tables when they finally did take our order the foreign lady brought it out wrong never checked on us once,then to top it off had to chase her down to pay for it pretty sad!! Susie wish you weren't off that day she's the best waitress there!

This location used to have fast service and consistent quality. However, recently, the wait times for seating and for food are long. The food was just ok. The breakfast sausage tasted like a hot dog, and the syrup looked and flowed like water. It was disappointing to see our favorite IHOP in Reno to fall so far.
Ordered a side of bacon with my breakfast. 2 scrawny pieces that I could almost see through for over 4 dollars. What a joke! Won't be going back there.

Most IHOPs are fine. Fast comfort food in a calm, clean atmosphere. This one didn't get the memo. The waitress was fine once she realized there were customers in her section. The hostess sat us in the back near the kitchen. First she didn't take our drink order like we have become accustomed to, so we waited 5-10 minutes until the waitress showed up. Next up the smell, everytime the kitchen door opened, the smell of a sewer seeped into the dining room. The bathrooms smelled better. The worst of all was the noise. There was loud music coming out of the kitchen and it got louder when the door opened. This wasn't a real problem except that it was competing against the music playing in the dining room. These two totally different genres clashed and were harsh on the ears causing a less than pleasant dining experience. We will probably stick with our usual IHOP from now on this one needs some work.

Not worth the wait. Ive been sitting for 2hrs with out my food. An hour in i finally got my water. Save your money and go somewhere else. The staff not even up to McDonald's serving
