Unfortunately, our experience tonight was disappointing. Despite ordering curly fries, we received regular fries that weren't even hot. When we attempted to address the error with the staff member at the window, (girl with the bright red hair) we were met with resistance as she insisted that we received what we ordered. This led to us having to circle back around to reorder. Overall, our customer experience was unsatisfactory and fell short of our expectations. The tortillas for my fish wraps were stale also.

We had gotten meals from the atmosphere was great while we were there the other people not only the employees but the customers were so fun and great.
Was like waking up employee. Very poor demeanor. No napkins. No receipt. Barely cooked. Long,long,long wait for only 3 cars. This Jack shares a lot with McDonalds. McDonalds busy. Jack s l o w. Now you know

Very roomy interior. It could be completely full and I could almost lay down on the table and not touch the adjacent tables. Tables and chairs can be moved so I was wondering if they did performances or something else with all of the extra space.Staff were excellent and service was quick and efficient. Food was fresh.
