If you like Jack in the crack, well it tastes like Jack in the Crack. This specific location I've been going to for years and the last couple months they've messed up orders somehow every single time. Mobile orders, drive thru, in person, it doesn't matter. The lady is nice in fixing the issue but it's old that I know I have to check my bag immediately when I get it cause I know something is gunna be messed up. Oh and finding egg shell in my sandwich, glad it wasn't for a child.

Meal was ready very fast. Food was hot and fresh, and the people that worked there were friendly and helpful. On my lunch hour, I can eat a dine in meal and still have time left for the drive back without rushing.

disgusting!! as i was ordering there was a young guy walking around behind the counter with a backpack on - he went back and walked around the wire rack shelves with food products with his thumbs tucked under the shoulder straps and then touching stuff - another guy came up behind the guy filling food orders and started fiddling with that guy's greasy hair, pulling his hair thru the opening in the back of his (dirty looking) cap - told the cashier to cancel my order and give me my money back - the guy who was fiddling with the other guy's hair held up his hands and said "no ma'am/see ma'am i wash my hands" - told manager to give me my money bacand i left...

Excellent. Fast service. Everything plus sauce and napkins. Nothing forgotten. No mistakes. We even changed our order and she still got it right. Good food. Two tacos, curly fries, and southwest grilled chicken salad. Wow!! The leaves were dark green and ripe, healthy, super fresh. Not wilted. No dark spots. No brown spots. Will be back more often.

We dropped by the Jack in the box across from Meadowood Mall and I tried their new Iced Vanilla Creamachinno; it was good, not too sweet, not too thick like their milkshakes and it had a hint of coffee which is great when you're craving coffee on a particularly warm day. The drive through service was fast and the cashier was courteous. Overall, not a bad visit.

Food is always either cold or over done. Unfortunately this is the closest jack in the box to my house. Out of all the times I have been here the food is never on point, unfortunately.
