For many months they have screwed up my orders. When you mess up my order 5 to 6 times and a couple months I'm not going to continue to order from here. It's not hard to get in order right and if I do order for example egg rolls for poppers please make sure to include sauce because that just sours the whole experience.

Wrong drink, both burgers and fries were completely cold, one burger was made entirely wrong. Waiting to hear back about a refund, as nothing was edible.Edit: Got my full refund. Recommend not this location.

The server was amazing, very professional and to the point. By the time I chose a seat my order was ready!! The food was hot and delicious!!! Would recommend 5/5!!!
Great location, right by Walmart. Service can be slow lately, before it was pretty fast. Food is average. Fries are okay.

Got my order wrong couldn't fix it because dining room isn't open during the day. Food was dry and overcooked. Will never go there again and you shouldn't either.

Employees at this location will steal your credit card information and use it to buy them and their friends food with your money, they will also short change you and call you a liar and say they cant do anything even though they can pull the drawer and do a till count to find out if you've been short changed or not. This is happen to a friend now who is working with their credit card to get the money back that was charged by the employees please stay away from this location or count your change immediately.

Placed an online order and when we got to the store they were out of monster Tacos. Their solution was to substitute 4 regular tacos (2 for .99 in the app) in place of 4 monster tacos (2 for 3.00), which cost more than twice the price. So we paid $6.40 for 4 monster tacos with extra cheese and they gave us $1.98 worth of tacos.Edited to add: got home and we were missing a large curly fry too.
Went there on last Saturday, ordered the angry tacos, the regular monster tacos, an order of small tacos, and an order of onion rings. When I got home the angry tacos were missing. Being a distance from there I decided not to run back.My wife wanted the regular monster tacos on the following Tuesday night. We ordered the same thing again, but I asked if it was possible to get commenced for the tacos I did not get on that Saturday. I was told by the female manager there was no way that Jack in box could away free food. I explained to her it was not free food if I paid for it on Saturday. I got mad and told her I guess Jack in the box needs the money more I do and left with my order.I have been in the service for 25 years and service to keep your business to make sure that the service is there to retain your business. I guess that isn't the case with this location, too bad, will be taking my business elsewhere now.

Everything was soon good! Everyone was very friendly.
Waited 15 minutes in drive thru and out never moved so i went inside. Wiped another 15 minutes to get my order taken with no one on line. Then another 15 minutes to get my food.. Very disappointed.

Pretty standard burger joint, good selection and decent attentive staff. Food was pretty much as advertised and menu was quite varied. Indoor seating was much the same as you'll find in any fast food restaurant but it was clean.
