They fo ally got the Country bacon back on the menu. The food us close to home cooking as you can get. Very good and the servers are so friendly and courteous! Great atmosphere. Will definitely make this a return stop.

After passing on 2 other spots because of the lines, we happened upon this place, and I'm so glad we found Jack's. The waitress was attentive. Another waitress did nothing but refills, so we never had less than a half cup of coffee. We'd barely ordered and the food arrived. Everything was very good. My husband's favorite was the gravy on the biscuits and gravy.If we ever visit Reno again, THIS is the place we'll make sure to go to again.

I'm really disappointed. I went into this establishment and had breakfast. Looked over the menu. And when I got my ticket I noticed a small cup of black coffee cost $4.16 and when I asked about it the servers just laughed at me. A small cup of coffee cost almost half of what my breakfast order was. How in the world does a small cup of black coffee cost that much? It wasn't anywhere on the menu that I could find. I'm not seeing it on their online menu and you would seem to think you would be told that our coffee cost this much before ordering. I'm very disappointed. I don't like being frauded/deceived because that is an unacceptable price where anywhere else it's $1.50.As a military veteran I definitely won't return and since their service is about taking advantage of you I'll take my business elsewhere as I am very disappointed in this place

Got the absolute worst food poisoning. I went there for lunch and it’s now 3AM and I’ve been deathly Ill for hours. Not good 0 out of 5 stars. I’ve never been this sick in my life. Just a classic breakfast with over medium eggs, hash browns and toast and I’ve been debilitating agony. Serious abdominal pain, it’s kept me up throughout the night. Throwing up none-stop all night. Please if you love yourself do not eat here. NEVER AGAIN!

Place was a dump, the homeless hung out in an around to place. The bathroom was dirty and had urine and excrement around the toilet it was disgusting . If you don't wanna throw up your lunch don't go here. There were plenty workers there an no one would go clean up the nasty bathroom.
