I placed an order online while I was @ work and in a rush to get some food. I didn’t notice the website had placed the order @ a different location until I arrived. Frederick was friendly in his explanation of what happened, made me a replacement meal right away and was super apologetic for the ordeal even though it wasn’t his fault at all. Jersey Mikes is lucky to have Frederick as an employee.

My first time at Jersey Mike's. Customer service was great, they were friendly and professional. Place was clean. Ordered a medium #8 I think, light lettuce and light shakers. Only issue is my sandwich was soggy, oil pooled in the wrapper. Is this their signature or what they're known for?

Fantastic location! Great service, even when they are crazy busy in a lunch rush with pick up orders popping up left and right, they still make sure to get your order started and seem to have pretty good communication. The sandwiches are always awesome, I highly recommend the 13 and the 43, super good!
