So happy to find this place on our way heading out of town.Service was fast and friendly. Ordered a large Vito sandwich with mayo. Fresh ingredients and the sandwich was packed with flavor. The pesto bow tie pasta salad was also the perfect side to compliment the sandwich. Perfect to take these on a lunch hike. Will be back the next time we are in town.

I ordered the turkey club and it had two pieces of turkey on the whole sub. Guess I'll stick the gargantuan. I always order online and I always tip, I may have to rethink tipping these days.

This tall blonde white kid made fun of me with a group of kids that came in earlier. I usually really like this location sad to see that the atmosphere isnt hospitable to some people especially to some of the other employees i see.

I wasn't super hungry but I wanted something fresh, cool, and crisp. So I went to my local Jimmy John's and ordered a slim #6, the veggie. The slim is half the size of the original roll. They're known to be freaky fast and let me tell you, my sandwich was done by the time I was done snapping the menu pics! I wasn't disappointed with my pick as basically it's a hand held salad on a house made french roll. The bread by itself is a fav for sure. I tried to snap pics that captured the freshness of this under-rated sandwich.It was really delicious and not bad for $3.99+ tax. The guys working today were nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They have an outdoor patio with a couple tables, which is really cool with the summertime weather.Vegetarian options: #6 The VeggieParking: Very small lot

We popped in for sandwiches and then headed home; we did not stay to dinner. But the place was clean, had plenty of seating, and the staff were curtious. The wait wasn't long and the sandwiches were perfect.Vegetarian options: Yes - they have a veggie option

We had an excellent customer service experience today at the Robb Drive location, thanks to a young man named Noah. We really appreciated his smile and the delicious sandwiches he prepared for us. I highly recommend trying the Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Summer Wrap!

These teenagers are not moving with a purpose. Classic Jimmy Johns with distracted teenagers whohave no problems making you wait.

The customer service was really great and the sandwich was amazing, but the chips were pretty bland (they use their own brand).Kid-friendliness: This is a great place to bring a kid that's 12 years old or so.Parking: There were plenty of places to park and the parking lot is small.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs have accessibility to this business, but the door is very heavy. I'm sure the staff would be willing to help if there was a problem.

This has to be the worst JJ's location out there.I have ordered from this location 6 or 7 times now, and it always takes over an hour to get our food (our house is a 5 minute bike ride or 2 min car ride away).When you call the store, you either get a busy signal or it rings a couple of times before you get hung up on.It's pretty frustrating, to say the least.Port of subs is not a very good sandwhich, but I will gladly go there before I give jimmy johns any more of my money.

Freaky fast? Not at all. We waited over an hour for three sandwiches to be delivered 5 minutes away from the shop. When we called after 40 minutes of waiting, he couldn’t even give an estimate of when it’ll come, he just said the delivery guy was out but when he gets back, he will pick ours up and deliver. Extremely disappointed in how long it took and the customer service. For how expensive a sandwich is, you think they’d be better.
