I work at Aevos and they called us and offered to cater our food!! The service and the people were amazing , they drove all the way out here to double r for us and everyone loved it. I will be sure to stop by there and give you all a big thank you and thank you card as well as to support your business with as many referrals as my little heart can carry. The absolute worst place to TRY and catch a bite. I have had to back my fourteen foot service truck out of there freaky fast drive thru 3 times over the last 6 months. Once because this location was closed in the middle of the day and someone was stuck at the order window. I went in to give them feed back according to the assistant manager it's a labor shortage. What does freaky fast and labor shortage have in common? 0 nothing. Don't waste your time or your mental energy. Port of subs is across the street.

The lady at the counter said as rude when she took our order. I don't come here that often. She didn't ask if we wanted cheese on the sandwich, I thought it came with it.

These folks are awesome and the Manager is great!I had left my wallet on a job site and barely made it back in time before they closed (2 minutes to spare). The Manager and the drive thru person were so awesome, polite and treated me so good with my order. They even made me a fresh sandwich when I returned. So refreshing these days to get such outstanding service!

Unbelievable service, the wait wasn't anything to complain about considering you have to wait everywhere nowadays. I want to note that the customer service was remarkable. Young lady by the name of Tamara was very kind and assertive. She was great with helping me select the right sandwich for me. I will return back with my coworkers from the office for lunch. Maybe a regular lunch spot from here on out. Who knows. Two thumbs up for everything service, and food. I will be referring this place to friends and family. Thank you again Jimmy John's. Nice new location on the hillside with an exceptional view of the valley. Made my day..

Most of the time I use to visit this specific branch while driving back from the power plant.Also interestingly they got a full vegetarian and tuna option that is best for those who got-halal dietary restrictions.Dietary restrictions: Halal options are available as vegetarian and tunaParking: Plenty of wide spaced parking spaces that is best for wide work vehicles and trucks

I love coming here. Freakishly Fast, is certainly an understatement. Its as if they have very precise fortune tellers accurately predicting what you want before you ever step foot inside the store. My combo of choice the #10 Hunter's club. I can eat it right when it comes out or let it sit in my car as I run to the market before I get home and the quality and consistency of said sandwich will remain the same throughout. I couldn't tell you how they do it, they have the science and supernatural down when it comes to the art of making sandwiches that taste delicious. It's a little tricky trying to get into a Jimmy Johns because some locations only stay open for very few hours. This location is only open on certain days and for only very limited times. I live around the corner and the one downtown is always available but thats a hike for me. So I'd only wish this place would stay open longer and be more consistent. The other Jimmy Johns by me closes at 6pm. That's like dinner time but whenever I get lucky enough to get into one of these sandwich places that is open it's a treat.

Either be open when you say, post your hours correctly occasionally, or just shut TF down. Loved the Sammie's but never trying to beg for a sandwich there again. I ordered a veggie sub. I received a turkey sub but didn't know until I got home. I called and asked for my money back when I was told by the person answering the phone that I was a liar. She said she was a manager, that she made my sandwich herself, and that there was no way it had meat on it. I jokingly said, would you like me to send you a picture to prove it? She said if I want my money back I need to prove it. See the picture attached to this review. So I sent the picture to this woman's personal cell phone. Then I called back again and asked for my money back. She refused. She said that she would give me a store credit. Well I have no desire to go back to the store so I didn't want a store credit. she hung up. I called back and I got a male manager. He informed me that I in fact got more than I ordered so why would they refund my money. I explained to him that I don't eat meat so in fact I got nothing for my money except something that I have to throw away at the house. He said either take the credit or leave us alone. So I called back again and I finally got the general manager who was flippant and said sure I'll give you your money back. There was no apology. There was no explanation for his employees behavior. It was a huge waste of my time. Do not go here. You will inevitably be disappointed. These people don't know how to behave. It is a free for all. I was bullied repeatedly. Absolute worst experience of my life at a fast food restaurant and that is saying a lot bc fast food restaurants aren't known for superb customer service. Visited at 10:30 on 11/24/22.

ordered a slim. they forgot the cheese. only 3 items on this sandwich and at 14 plus dollars i wanted it with cheese. called and asked for a new sandwich. they wanted the delivery fee again on there screw up. asked for a manager. same thing. i said refund it and never again. done with jimmys
