I want to start by saying both the burger and the fries were good! I have traveled a lot and been on many road trips and I stopped at quite a few of these small-time/local burger places just to find out that the burger is good but the fries leave you with more to be desired. These ones were actually really good as they were crispy on the outside but still moist and gooey on the inside and salted perfectly. The burger is really good too, and I would say the Patty was consistently thick throughout and all of the condiments and the bun all fit together perfectly so every bite was well-rounded. The burger also didn't make a huge mess either! I got a small Burger small fry and small drink for around $12 so that's actually not bad in my opinion. I definitely recommend this place for a good burger!

I have been going to this restaurant for decades. I placed a delivery order plus tip on my credit card. I was e-mailed a receipt with the correct amount. It was to arrive after 5:15 PM. It arrived very early along with a rude delivery man. He complained about me not hearing his knock. Well, first, I was not expecting delivery at 4:45 PM and, secondly, why I did not hear him knock doesn't need explaining in my own home. He handed me a receipt with a balance due. Take it from the gratuity. He did not like the tip amount obviously. Here's another tip. Be grateful to have a job delivering food with that attitude of yours, Dan. I informed my credit card company to only pay the amount on the e-mail receipt. Make sure you do not fall for whatever scam this restaurant is trying to pull on delivery patrons.

So good! Great price. This delicious dive was a childhood favorite. Thought they were all gone. Just as delicious still. I love the thicker cut cheese, but would definitely order extra cheese next time. Still toast the buns hun! When I come back to visit I'll definitely be stopping in again. The gentleman who took our order was a bit gruff & misunderstood we wanted chili cheese fries not just chili. I'm use to the personality type, so it wasn't a bother. The milkshakes, burgers, & chili was so good!! Quickly prepared. Pickles are so good! Definitely be back! So glad Juicy's is still around! !

I love this place!!! Their delivery is streamlined and personal. I always order an Ortega chili on my hamburger. Delicious!!! Fries are good too! Gotta dine in for the giant tub of ranch they put out every day. So yummy!!!

Juicy's is the deal for a hamburger in Reno. I finally had one after a friend recommended them. I got the double cheese. The meat was high quality and a large portion. The burger was loaded with everything. After trying a few places with $15 burgers this place is a bargain at about $10.

Its all about the food here. Burgers are FAT and tasty. Easily one of my favorite greasy spoon spots.However the venue is SUPER outdated and old and even though it was clean when I went it still felt dirty.The service was fine, polite cashier and stuff but it took them a good while to make just the one burger that I ordered and there was basically no one in front of me.Parking: Parking is weird. Its split between two sides by their outdoor seating. Cant blame them though for bad construction/design.

I have no disappointments with this establishment. You get a lot of bang for your buck here. I first thought it was a little expensive for a small order of fries, but I couldn’t even finish them! They were very tasty and that’s one of the best burgers I’ve had in a LONG time.

So hit up Juicys today. Ordered a double cheeseburger and a order of fries. Fries good. Home made style. Burger was on point definitely had flavor. I would rate it a 8. The only downside was the bun fell apart as I ate. If that didn't happen. Definite 10. Will be back for more.
