My daughter bought 2 drinks today, the girl charged her 22 dollars, when My daughters card declined, the girl then charged her 20 dollars. I later went and saw she should have been charged 11 dollars, but the girl didnt give her a receipt, and since my daughter is 13 she was to embarrassed to ask for one. Its sad she was targeted and taken advantage of by an employee of this location.

Ordered four smoothies two of them with sugar-free Red Bull, we have had the same smoothies multiple times and the two that were ordered with Red Bull definitely did not have Red Bull in them. We asked if they had Red Bull and there was hesitation in the answer and then a very non-convincing, Yes I put almost a full can in them. Pretty sad for $40 worth of smoothies to not have what you ordered.??

The girl working doesn't want to do any work. Been by here 3 weeks in a row and she told me at first they were waiting on their whey and other elements. Same thing 3 weeks later. She doesn't want to put anything extra. Will not be back.

Only have tried the smoothies here but absolutely LOVE the taste/combos, definitely a better taste than other competion. Never had a issue with service, especially understand when I happen to have to wait a little longer for my item due to no one wanting to work now days in the economy. So I understand how hard it is to work customer service during these times.
