I don’t know what this is. There is barely any cake and no sauce or red bean sauce. You have to eat halfway down swirl of ice cream to stir bottom. I wish they would incorporate the sauce and cake throughout the ice cream. Like the picture they show advertising their product. The containers they use do not accommodate this so all you get is the choice of four flavors. Next.

I got an Ube ice cream with vanilla cake and condensed milk mixed. I loved it it was just right not to sweet, they had an option of many different topping. Amazing ! So good I visited twice during my stay

This place definitely gets you a bang for your buck. Not only is it pretty, but it taste good too!! We always make a trip here when we're in town. Every time we're so amused with the quantity it comes it, that we over estimate how much we can eat lol. The ice cream cups are topped with the ice cream of your choice, cake and a filling at the bottom. Our go to is the flavored swirls! The cups are good enough to share with another. Definitely a must when your in Reno. Especially during a hot summer day. Thanks for always taking care of us Krem!

We walk in and immediately notice there is a smell. Like when a fridge stops working. That stagnant air. There was a fan on. And it was very warm in there. The plants on the walls were dry and dying. The guy that helped us was very nice. We ordered our stuff and sat down. We wanted to give this place a chance. After we left our friends even said that they hope we don't all get sick.

I have been to this place twice now. Had Thai Tea the first time and Ube and Chocolate the second. Both options had great, although subtle, flavor. The reason I cannot come more often is the lack of cones! When you order a "cone" is simply a piece of plastic. Please offer real cones! Then I will be at 5 stars.
One of the best dessert places in Reno! I LOVE Krēm so much, and need to visit anytime I'm in the area. I'm in love with the asian flavors that they have (e.g. matcha, ube, thai tea) and they're customer service is phenomenal too!

I wanted to try this after reading the reviews on Yelp. I had the Sunday. It's vanilla ice , chocolate cake with strawberry sauce. I found the ice cream to be flavorless and the cake is so small it's hard to teast. Overall it was disappointing.

Flavors are underwhelming. The vibrant colors promise so much. Our visit was out of vanilla cake, recieved the Ube Bebe and Vanilla thing in cardboard cups instead of the nice plastic cone, cake n sauce just sitting in the bottom, not swirled into the dessert. I grew up eating homemade ube n vanilla ice cream, so maybe I expected too much for the first visit at Krem.

Came here for my birthday, was blown away by the flavors and the service. Best of all, the Princess Mononoke soundtrack was on the stereo and that’s literally my favorite of all time. Maddie was super helpful and so nice! My wife and I had an amazing time, we will be coming back frequently now!! Best desert in Reno!!!
