We ordered on the app like we always do, but this time we wanted no salt on our pretzel pizza so we immediately called as soon as we paid on the app before they get it ready as there was no option to write any instructions there. The young lady answered and she was very kind. I asked to please not put salt. She said “no sauce” I could not explain it better so I said “we picked cheese sauce on it so we want the sauce, we just don’t want rocky salt… like sea salt. We want the sauce.” She said nicely that she would let them know. Now I was nervous that she still didn’t understand, but I trusted. Sure enough, when I got there, she said they didn’t understand if we want the cheese sauce or not and sure enough there are salt all over the pizza. They were kind workers, but I wish they would have workers that could understand or help understand and if they would have called us back if they were confused. I would have looked up how to say salt in their language or something. We’re not racist, we love all people. This was just frustrating.

I really like the pre order and pick up with a qr code/pin was super convenient and easy. I got the stuffed crust pizza, crazy bread sticks, italian cheese bread and mug root beer. I highly recommend all those things and really love to get them. The staff was very friendly and help. Good job management for having a good staff that always makes a great difference.

Jesus H Christ this is a homeless hideout. Let me share just how bad this place is. As you park in the shopping center that desperately needs a facelift you have to exit your car surrounded by homeless. As you wade through the smell of urine you enter the lobby as to the turd stained pants fill the existing beat up chairs and the lobby filled with months of unwashed clothes you get to order from a brave young man. As you wait the almost too long of a wait because of the smell you get your pizza. Now you get to walk back through the gauntlet of people asking you for your change. Seriously is this a thing for little Caesars? Is this a new shelter? And now I open the pizza and it's not what I ordered.

It was about an hour or less, before closing time. People were going in forming a line to place their orders. Other people came in , retrieved their online order from a readily available warming oven.The young man who was working the register receiving customers orders was highly efficient, knowledgeable of menu items and pricing, was aware of his surroundings and customers, professional , courtesy. He was charming. Food was great, economical. Cheesy bread was perfect. Perfectly warm, tasty, and cheesy. we created our pizza instead of a standard menu pizza. With fresh jalapenos, sausage and pepperoni. 2 litter soda all under 20 bucks and ready in less then 15 minutes. Great job.Kid-friendliness: Had a small pinball type game for kids. A quarter gets you a bubble ball. And it works. Lol

They got our order wrong. We came in to get it fixed. We grabbed the wrong pizza totally wrong on our end but offered to cover the difference to get our order correct. They gave us such a hard time and basically didn’t even give us the right order even tho we offered to pay the difference. Awful

While I was leaving the 2 kids working there started laughing. I almost asked if they spit on my pizza but I didn't. A part of the pizza didn't have cheese on it and the crust was soggy so I hope not.Pretty suspicious tho.
