I ordered a deep dish pizza for pick up. It was very undercooked to the point it was a sloppy, doughy mess and I couldn't even pick up a slice. I've been a long time Little Caesars customer, this was the first bad experience I've had with them.

My husband asked for hot and ready pizzas, the guy had him pay for them and failed to tell him that they didn't have any ready. We have a place to be with people waiting for us and this made us late.If there aren't hot and ready pizzas just say that so we don't waste our time. Felt very trapped into waiting because we paid before we were told it would be 15-20 min.

It is 933 they do not close until 10 PM. I requested to order a Detroit deep dish and they said they are only making classic pepperoni pizza. They don’t have time to make specialties, for everybody is literally what they just told me.!!

I love Little Caesar's but don't appreciate being accosted by the homeless begging in their walkway ! You might want to get control over the situation now!
Took so long never got my food despite taking my money. I was on lunchbreak and ran out of time, terrible service.

Long gone are the days of hot n ready pizzas. There is never anything hot n ready except maybe crazy bread. There is one young man at the Mccarran/mae anne location (don't know his name) that is very courteous and professional, but my experience with the rest has been sub par. Maybe a little more training on customer service and not just how to operate would help. I like the food and even though the service is lacking and it's not "hot n ready" as advertised, it is affordable and fairly quick.

this place is so trash. they never have hot and ready pizzas prepared. i went in very hungry ready to devour a pizza only to be turned around and be told that if i wanted a pizza it would be over 25 minutes of waiting. i went across the street to pizza plus, more expensive but actually worth the wait. if your planning to buy from little ceasars i dont recommend this for and if u do go make sure to call ahead and have one made specifically for you.
