The food is reliably good. They have a great salmon sandwich and the beet salad with added marinated steak is wonderful. The bathrooms are downstairs but they do have an elevator for folks with mobility issues.

I work nearby and come here often. The food is great and the service has always been quick when I order ahead to pick up. The M3 burger is always cooked perfectly and is delicious. The fries are also good.
I had the Mac n cheese and it was to die for! My wife had a mushroom burger and enjoyed it. The curry ketchup was intriguing. I highly recommend the stuffed risotto balls. Ethereal is the best description.

M3 has become one of my go-to lunch spots. Ty hey can get busy but the tables are decently spread out and the noise dissipates so you can hear reach other well. The menu is pretty broad, and will surely have something interesting for everyone I really like their salads! In addition to salads, they have a variety of sandwiches and other bites. I have always had friendly service at M3 and I'm able to dine and get out of the restaurant in a reasonable amount of time which is important for a lunch meeting. I will say that the restaurant has rather dim lighting, but I think it adds to the character and ambience of the space.

We went here for lunch. I like the classic restaurant atmosphere and the service was quick and attentive. There were four of us and we were all happy with our meals. One had the salmon and salad and the salmon was cooked perfectly. This is a restaurant we will return to when we want a classy lunch or dinner.

Great service from Jorge and our delicious meal was what made our late night dinner outing so noteworthy. There are lots of things on the menu, making it hard to choose. I ordered the house salad with salmon and it was absolutely perfect. The salmon was prepared skillfully, not overcooked or dried out. It was on top of their house salad, which was $6. The added salmon was $10, so definitely a great value. My hubby ordered a Rachel sandwich, a spinoff from a Rueben sandwich, but it's made with sliced turkey, instead of pastrami. He really loved it. The accompanying fries were very homemade tasting, hot and super tasty. M3 is very comfortable, welcoming with a warm and homey atmosphere. At 8:00 in the evening, there were not a lot of diners there, but a quiet place to enjoy a meal is much-needed after a long work day. We will certainly return and I recommend it to both locals and tourists.

I just happened to stop by to see an old friend in the business park behind M3 today, so I decided to stop by and grab an early dinner. George was my server and he was on top of his game! He and the other staff members all gave me A+ quality service. And the eye candy bartender was a nice touch! Lol...Once the food hit the table, it was definitely more than I needed but a great idea for a shared dinner. I got the sweet & spicy chicken wings with fries and the kale salad. Mmmmm-mmmm-mmmm! I haven't had wings in a while so this hit the spot! George also made sure to bring the dressing on the side so I could take the rest for later. Win!The place is super chill and relaxing. There's a bar, bar top tables and booths. Sporting games on each of the TV monitors and pretty decent music playing...I'm definitely going to try to go back when I'm in town again.
