First visit. For a casino restaurant it wasn't bad. The Reuben sandwich was good. The fries were less than a hand full and the side of coleslaw that was $2 extra was about a table spoon size in a small cup.Typical casino prices. Best part was the robotic server assistance.

Our server Carlos was great, he helped us pick out some bomb food and made sure we had everything we needed. We did not see any delivery robots so that was kinda sad but food was good, service was even better !

The pizza was good and the cookies were perfect but the customer service at the ordering counter left much to be desired. I haveva dietary restriction of no onions but they didn't want to make a salad with no onions, telling us that all of their salads were pre-made and couldn't be changed.

I eat here a lot when at the Atlantis casino and most everything I've tried is good. Fish n chips, fried shrimp, chicken wings, pizza, well I had a slice of their cheesecake and OMG, I normally would just eat a little slice but I don't think I'll be able to stop. This is the best cheesecake I've ever had. I topped it with the blueberries and this is delicious.

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received from here. Myself and coworkers are at the Atlantis for work. We came here like we usually do and sat for almost an hour for our food. All the while 3 tables that sat down and ordered ATLEAST 30 minutes after us were served. (Who were also upset with service) Mariela was our waitress and she was extremely rude, had an attitude and was not paying attention to the fact we had work and waisted our entire lunch break waiting. FOR SALAD AND FRIES mind you. Also charged for sodas we did not order. Then refused to bring us the proper amount of boxes because we had to take our food TO GO back to our trainings. Then took my coworkers card, charged it, and instead of giving it back proceeded to run orders. Never coming back. Just like how we're here for training, I think Mariela needs more training on how to be a good waitress.
definitely not a 4+ star place. Friend recommended it and was very disappointed. Corned Beef was terrible and Cole slaw on the side was even worse. Probably should've taken it back. look elsewhere.
