Let me start off for saying one star for the aditude. Me and my family ordered a sausage egg and cheese micgriddle. The first incident is they didn’t even give us all of our food. As we told them what were missing in our order, we get serious additude. We waited 10 minutes so they could give us our food. We then ask them what’s taking so long for a sandwich and the girl who was serving us gave us serious aditude and said that there waiting on the sausage to be cooked. We finally get our food and then I take a bite and there’s no sausage in our sandwich. When she literally said she was waiting on the sausage to be cooked. We turn around and go inside to ask for the manager. Not only was she arrogant and rude, she asked us an ignorant question saying “ what do you want me to do about it”? Ummmm get my order right and put sausage in my sandwich. They finally gave us our food. And then I realized there’s a HAIR in my micgriddle!!!!! this place is so unprofessional and rude I DO NOT recommend.

Fry stop. Not for me. All for my tiny. She loves Mc fries. It's a rare treat for her. She was also jonesing for icecream. Bummer to be out again. It seems every rare occasion we stop in always the icecream machine not working. Employee at drive up friendly and prompt.

I work close to this McDonalds located by Wedge Drive. I probably go to this location one- two times a week, and this has been since May 2023. The customer service is awesome! Immediate service at the drive thru box, and very nice people to order from. I usually order a Big Mac but with No cheese nor pickles, this is the only mcdonald's that has EVER correctly made the order time after time. I feel so content on receiving my food and not having to stop and look to make sure it's correct before pulling out of the drive thru. The lines are always moving quickly as well, so if you know you have a short break but are afraid of lines this McDonalds knows how to do their job!

If I went here and they served Taco Bell, I would be confused and disappointed because I thought I went to MacDonalds...then I remember I have dementia, but then I forgot to remember because I have dementia. I go here a lot and sometimes the food is hot and tasty and sometimes not. This time the fries were cold and stale. I was very dissappointed. It was 10:45 in the morning they should have been fresh. The hamburgers were good although no extra mustard like we asked for. The service was very fast, but I had to check my bag and they forgot a hamburger. They got it out fast when I asked them about it. Check your bag before you leave the window.

Horrible experience literally had to wait like 5 min before we got any help had 2 employees see me and not even a word literally had to scream that we needed help at the front counter have an employee come believe name was Jacky said she be right with us another 5 min go by nothing there was two employees at the drive thru window one cleaning lobby and another one mopping and about 2 in the kitchen and no one said anything for about 5 min felt so disrespected once my order is taken they don’t give me my change also overheard in spanish (los de enfrente pueden esperar) the front can wait if I could give negative starts I would
First, I tried to use the kiosk for my order, and then the gal at the counter said I didn't take it, so she took my order. My special order Big Mac was supposed to be no pickle and onion. When my husband finally had time to eat it , it was also minus lettuce, so it was a very boring sandwich!Our Frozen cokes were not really blended as I expected there was a lot of syrup just floating.Also, the wait seemed awfully long, i know my special order takes a bit longer, but.... I felt they were very unorganized. Another customer and I were speaking about how we miss when there were people manning the counter. Having worked for McDonald's in the 80s, this store would have flunked. Sorry folks, I know you were trying and are probably unstaffed, but care about getting things right and taking care of your customers!We were on a road trip and weren't able to go back and complain in person.

The bathroom is outdated the faucet doesn't even want to work the blower that dry your hands don't work. I ordered a Big Mac and buy Hamburger is something that they would put in a value
