I opted for McDonald’s in the airport because it was the most affordable food option available. Fortunately, I was very pleased with the food, and I thought everything tasted great. The dining area is also clean, modern, and well kept! Also, I tried the McCafe chocolate chip cookie for the first time, and it was honestly .. really good. Like, a lot better than I was expecting!

Online orders are fast, food is hot and tastes fresh, the drive through line at this location is always busy so expect to wait on a line of cars when going through the drive through.

Workers are nice but it takes forever to get your order. I thought at first it was just a fluke but it’s happened half a dozen times. I have to stop coming here. If you’re in a rush, go somewhere else.

On 9/14/23, around 4:50 pm, I was waiting for my flight- I decided on McDonald’s for my meal.While I was waiting for my food, I saw and heard a McDonald's employee, a lady with short dark hair with a gapped tooth and with tattoos on both her arms, one with the word “Chicago “ and a letter “R” with a date under it.She rudely told a man (who was sitting at a table with his children) to move to a different area of the lobby.I was still waiting for my food when I heard her speaking badly about the guy.
She was being extremely loud, rude and vulgar, even to her coworkers. Everyone within earshot heard and witnessed her abusive behavior.We are paying customers. This should not be the experience at a family restaurant. She had no regard for the man and his children.9/21/23 around 4:38pm 
I came back from my business trip, I stopped to get a meal and I saw the same lady with the tattoos was still treating costumers and co-workers the same way.I don’t often write a complaint, but after witnessing this again, I have to say something about it.No one deserves to be treated this way. 

From what I can see, this person always serves customers abruptly and doesn’t give any direct eye contact, doesn’t hand you the food, she practically throws it at you.When paying for the order, she aggressively slams shut the cash register.

I did hear an older woman in the restaurant call her by the name “Kimberly“. I’m assuming that’s her name.To the Management at this location, do something! This type of behavior should not be tolerated. This is not a good image or representation for any restaurant, especially a McDonald’s inside an airport.

McDonalds is SUPPOSED to be quick and accurate, but it’s 4:15AM and they are NOT open. See pic. Hours show opening at 4 but person setting up tables said they “might open around 5:00”. That’s crazy. We gave up waiting at 4:30.

The cashier isn't wearing a McDonald's shirt. She has a hickey on her neck, doesn't smile or interact with customers. She is on her phone between customers or waiting for them to pay. Not really busy but there was a longer then average wait. They missed up on my soda. The fries were made fresh but stilled grossed.I know it a airport but should care about the visitors to the city.

I had a wonderful experience at the McDonald's located at Reno Tahoe Airport. The employees were absolutely fantastic, displaying exceptional customer service throughout my visit. The lounge area was clean and inviting, making it a pleasant place to relax before my flight. What impressed me the most was their treatment of former employees, including myself. They were incredibly welcoming, making me feel appreciated and valued.I even had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal before my flight, and I'm happy to say that they managed to serve everything promptly without any delays. Their efficiency and dedication to providing a positive experience truly amazed me. I can confidently say that they are doing an outstanding job in this airport location. If you're passing through Reno Tahoe Airport, I highly recommend stopping by this McDonald's for a delightful dining experience. Kudos to the exceptional team!

So, 3 people working. Waited 17 minutes for an order then 14 minutes to get food. Ordered the jalapeño quarter pounder meal. The patty was so burned, I had to throw it out. If it wasn't burned it had floor crust or oven grease baked in. Totally disgusting. Get a packaged meal at gift shops in stead.

Don't say you open at 4 of you open whenever you feel like. Didn't take orders until after 430. Horrible customer service.
