I have been going to Millie's since 2003 when it was Tivoli's. What has kept me coming back all these years? Simple: they have the best, and I mean the BEST, Country Fried Steak in town. I've tried it everywhere and no one comes close. Not the chain restaurants, and not even local.This is comfort food that makes you forget about the hard week you've been having. Generous portions and absolutely delectable.It is very disappointing that you can only get this meal for breakfast. This is a comfort food that should be available for dinner (just like it used to) as well as the Schnitzel. It is absolutely amazing and I've missed it so much since they have changed the menu to Breakfast and Lunch only. I do hope it changes back to its former glory. Mashed potatoes with Country Fried Steak and veggies... my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

"Pomp and Incompetence"Extremely poor service accompanied by a lack of awareness. My family and I (a party of 6) sat and watched as those seated 15 MINUTES AFTER us were served FIRST. We decided to stand up and leave. The management is highly incompetent and does not know where to seat guests nor to prioritize seating. We attempted to alert the manager at the time and she simply WALKED AWAY. I have no words to describe my frustration, disappointment, and utter shock. With a complete lack of service and food, the only thing this sad sack has going for it is the atmosphere which coddles you with a gross feeling of being lower class and wanting to be in the upper echelon. The air is filled with a gross scent of disparity, desperation and general disgust. I can NOT recommend this establishment and in fact advise against attending it.0.5/10 will NOT recommend.Kid-friendliness: Offers 3 menu options for children and NOTHING ELSE.

We ordered room service at 9:20 am and got a confirmation at 9:22 am our order was received. An hour later we get a second confirmation our order was just received… Didn’t get our meal until 11:25 am and it wasn’t even luke warm.At this point we were pissed because they didn’t inform us it would take over two hours to get our food, let alone that it would be cold.When we returned the meal they didn’t refund the $15 delivery fee and the lady copped an attitude with us when I was complaining.We will never return here and we will tell our friends and family to stay away.If the lady had not been snarky we may have given this place a second chance but I don’t appreciate an employee giving my wife and I attitude when the restaurant made the mistake.We will also be filing a complaint with the El Dorado hotel about this horrible service.

I love that this place is open 24 hours. I can irresponsibly gamble until whatever hour I want and still get a bite afterward. Food is decent and service is usually fast and friendly (although the line at the register to pay before leaving can back up a little sometimes). Our last stay at the Row was on the way to Burning Man in September of this year. Instead of getting one last great night of sleep and a shower, I stayed up to play and then met up with the group for breakfast. Sharla was our server and she brought out the boys a couple of Bakon Marys ($12.99), a waffle breakfast ($12.99) and chicken fried steak ($18.99). My comps covered our table's meal, even though I was the last to join and ended up just eating what they hadn't finished. I definitely appreciated her friendliness this particular morning as I started to dread the drive ahead and rethink my late-night choices. I'll def stop back in here next time I stay at one of the Row Casinos, which is pretty much every visit since I love the Caesers player rewards.
We ordered two different entrees at this place. The tacos were greasy cold, tasted like spoiled beef. It was horrible. My wife is a California chick. Very few taco she don't like she would not eat these. I tried. I did not like them as well. Just turned her stomach and mine. Also ordered the chicken fingers which were pretty good. But you can get the same quality from any gas station place for the chicken fingers our waiter Jerry was amazing! But he's the only one. I tried to tell them that that food was horrible and it was still all left on the plate would not even give us a discount for it. If you do not have a taste palette, order the tacos, you'll regret it later. The three-star review is generous. If it was not for Jerry it would have gotten one star review.

The food delivery was prompt but the food was sub par. It arrived cold even though it took less thant 8 minutes from the completion of food and arrival at our room. There was no condiments!!! No butter or syrup for the French toast, no ketchup for the fries, Or eggs. It was super disappointing!!!
