In the summer it's great to eat on their patio and enjoy the nice weather. Generally most people pick up food to take home though. I live just down the street from this place so we go there a lot.The pizzas are fresh and really good. They've got a few refrigerators full of all kinds of drinks, beers, ciders, and a few wines. Their salads are also great. I personally like the combo and pepperoni pizzas. Their wings are pretty good, with the extra sauce they include you can kick up the heat.Aside from the patio they have a few tables inside to eat at. If you want pizza to go, you can get it either take-n-bake style so you cook it in your own oven at home, or you can have them cook it there. I usually let them cook the pizzas and they come out hot with just the right amount of crisp to the crust.

Tasty and hearty. Pizzas have a fair amount of toppings so it is a pizza and not lightly topped open face dough. Always friendly service and fresh ingredients. Love the garlic bread too. Always terrific food, and they customize for you with no issue. I think this is the best pizza in Reno. Always very fresh ingredients and on time.

I placed a phone order on 3/24 at 1:15pm. I was told I could pick it up in 25 minutes an employee. My order consisted of a take-and-bake XL pizza. I arrived 30-minutes later and the only employee(same one that answered the phone) working had no idea that I’d placed an order since he never written it down. This employee didn’t acknowledge me or come to the cash register for about 5+ minutes, then he begrudgingly said “whatchu want”. After jogging his memory by repeating my order a few times (and showing him my call log on my phone) he finally believed me that I had ordered. After waiting another twenty minutes, he finally got around to making my pizza. He did not use gloves to make my order or on the two orders that he bumped ahead of mine. The employee was in his late 40s or early 50s with a mustache, also wearing a SnapBack hat without a hairnet. The health department needs to visit this place.

We hadn't had a Nik N Willie's pizza in quite awhile. A friend was coming up from Reno, so I called in an order. First, the Mexican fellow who answered the phone could barely understand English. I asked if I could talk to someone else & he left me on hold for 10 minutes. When he came back he said no one else was there. I wanted to pay by CC over the phone. He said he couldn't/wouldn't do that. My friend stopped in to get the pizza, and it was baked. I called to ask what happened, and he said I didn't say "Take & bake." I told him I'd gotten pizzas there for decades & never once got one baked. I told him that the first review of the restaurant, that hung on his wall, was one I wrote. I asked for the owner/manager. He said he wasn't there. I asked for his phone number. He didn't know it. I asked him when he'd be in. He didn't know. He also didn't give the stamp that you collect to get a free pizza. I'll never eat there again. I'd heard the restaurant was sold awhile ago, but I didn't know that the new owner had no standards.

Used to be great. But every time I order, no matter if I order 2 hours ahead of time is my pizza ready on time. They definitely focus on making the take and bake over the cooked pizza. I miss the old owner, and when this place actually was ran correctly (Bring back Alyssa). It’s disgusting to be sitting in view of the parking lot and watch the new owner pull up in his Rivian truck and carry things in. He then did not wash his hands at all, and started touching the food and making orders. So upsetting…. This was my favorite pizza place, and it’s really gone down hill.
We tried them for the first time today. Called and the phone was answered "hello". Wasn't sure if they were a business. We ordered the Low Down pizza. Basically a Hawaiian with mandarin oranges also. We were told 45 minutes. We waited an hour and 15 and got home with just a Hawaiian with no oranges. We won't be back.

We were introduced to Nike N Willies by our neighbor. Everyone is busy and happy serving you here! They work hard! Great pizza and nice prices. We like that you can have them make a pizza then go home and cook it up yourself! Great for having guests for a casual afternoon. We still like to pick it up hot and ready to eat. Really like the Hawaiian pizza! Our favorite!

Once again, Nik-N-Willies proves to be my favorite pizza joint! Called to place an order on Monday and said it would be 45 minutes... arrived 40 min later and they were just pulling the fab pizza of half Comstock Lode & Lowe Down out of the oven! Love their white sauce and their crust is perfect as you don't have a lot of excess bread around the edges; they cover the whole pie with goodness! This is our second time back since new ownership and things seem to be pretty much the same. I didn't go inside, so cannot comment on interior.
