I'm giving two stars ONLY because the staff was very nice and helpful. I got the OG Ramen which the noodles were undercooked and the broth had no pizzaz, equivalent to dish water-I ate only the veggies! I also ordered the mushroom/pineapple kimchi bao which was cold and not appetizing at all!

If you've never had real Japanese ramen before this place would definitely hit the spot. The portion size is very generous and I love that they have a vegetarian option with lots of veggies and tofu. However, the broth is not a traditional ramen broth and the flavoring is strangely sweet. The noodles are definitely packaged noodles but I'm not saying that's a bad thing, this is a food court ramen place after all. the ramen wasn't very hot when I got it and the bowl was very full making it really hard to carry to my table. It's good for what it is.

I wish I could’ve experienced what all these other reviews are raving about. My ramen was extremely salty (to the point of my lips tingling) and the mushrooms have a very overwhelming soy sauce flavor. The noodles are low quality and the tonkatsu broth has no flavor. My noodles also stuck to the paper bowls they serve the ramen in. You are better off just making instant ramen at home.

Honestly how do you mess up ramen? We cook ramen at home all the time and this by far had the saltiest broth. Uncooked egg and the noodles were just horrible, like they were from cup of noodles. Sorry I have a very high standard when it comes to ramen as I have had the best ramen in Japan town in San Francisco for years. And this place seemed like it wasn't even trying. I hope they get better ingredients and learn how to cook it right.

My family and went to Reno Public Market for dinner tonight. We all tried something different but I had my first ever ramen bowl. The staff was so helpful with menu choice (3 pigs bowl) and utensil protocol. I will definitely be back.

3.75 -- one of the fastest places to deliver your food in RPM, and I found the woman at the counter to be super helpful and friendly. Ordered the vegetarian ramen and got a large portion size. Pretty flavorful overall but the broth was definitely on the salty /thick side, and the mushrooms were super salty as well. Wished there would've been some sort of sriracha or spicy sauce to add in, but otherwise satisfying for a soupy warm snuggly craving without having to do a full sit down meal!
