Best Pizza in Reno! A Reno tradition! New York memories and memorabilia hanging everywhere dating back quite a few years in New York City. A real treat to have them in Reno.

The definitive New York style slice. Lots of cheese, and a slightly sweeter sauce. Exactly like what you'd get in New York. The Sicilian style slices are wonderful when available as well. Great customer service, plenty of seating, and lots of New York decorations to look at.

Sad to say this place has really lost it’s touch. Has always been a local staple in the community but it is apparent that they have given up their integrity with being consistent In quality. Only 1 out of the last 4 orders my family has received was up to par. Kept giving them the benefit of doubt but never again. Yesterday was the last straw, I ordered a meatball hero which had always been my favorite sandwich in town & not only did it look like it was thrown at the wall of a dumpster but it tasted like it to. Hopefully they will take this criticism & work on elevating their organization back to the high standard that us loyal customers have always known & loved.P.S. please develop good customer service within your staff that work in an “open kitchen” they are unapproachable. Thanks

Perhaps the pizza would have been better if I got what I ordered. Tough to tell. Ordered a delivery with multiple veggie toppings; got a cheese pizza with nothing but cheese. Called Nu Yalk immediately. Girl asks my name and I waited on hold about three minutes, after which girl comes back on and asks my name again. Told her to forget it and hung up. Not interested in getting in between the pizza shop and door dash as they take turns assigning blame to each other. Much more efficient to just go to Semenza's and get what I want on my own. The entire experience turned me off of Nu Yalk and third party delivery services. Done with both.

This place has really gone downhill in the last few years, with very inconsistent quality from the kitchen. Sometimes the pizza is burnt and sometimes undercooked. I've been coming here for almost 20 years, since it was in the 7-Eleven building on Moana and I've been trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but I won't be back again. The last straw was another undercooked slice and bad attitude from the counter staff. $9 beers don't help either!

Giant pizza, the best homemade ranch dressing. If you want new york style pizza, this is the place.

Great pizza! We made a large order for a soccer team, ordered it in advance and were able to eat in just about 20 min. Love the amount of cheese and the ingredients! You should bring this place to CA!!

So, restaurant looked clean. Cashier was friendly. The man and woman in open kitchen gave off an unapproachable vibe. ZERO , ZERO eye contact. The blonde female was busy on her cell, then without washing her hands, proceeded to make pizza. Overall not a customer friendly experience. Food was decent, but based on experience factors and super high price for a slice of cheese pizza, $3.95....won't return.

We've gone here since their first location. We've love it. The extra large feeds a family.

The slices are generous and the staff was great very helpful in guiding me through their menu and lunch special. There were a few things in my opinion that I didn't like. I'm more of a pesto chicken pizza gal and sadly they only have red sauce and no chicken. Which I'm sure has to do with New York pizza which I've never had. The crust was a bit too hard for me and the soda tastes like RC unless maybe it was going flat ?‍♀️ there is a nice area with computers you can play on. This place to me seems more for family or teen/frat party place. Lol they sell alcohol ?

Darn good pizza but a little pricey. Costs about 30$ for a 15 inch with 2 toppings. Aside from that it is very very good. Tons of cheese and the crust is crispy without being hard. Good staff that doesn't put up with the nonsense that some people were bringing.

Pizza was really good besides the amount of oil on top of it and the wait me and my family had to do. We waited a good hour to an hour and a half for out pizza and my mom found hair in her pizza so that made us wait another 40 mins since they had to make a new one

Pizza by the slice, ready in minutes. Fountain soda/tea. How could you go wrong? The slices are BIG. We shared 3 and were very satisfied.
