This is my favorite boba beverage spot because it's nearby home and they offer so many options. If you aren't customizing your drink, they have several on the menu to choose from. My go to is always a Thai milk tea with almond milk and boba. They have the cutest aesthetic out of other boba places I've been to in town. They're super fast and friendly here, too!

#1 fav boba spot in Reno/Sparks! There's a large variety to choice from, including the staffs' picks for the month. You don't need to pay extra for non-dairy alternatives as the milk base is already dairy free! My go-to is the strawberry milk tea or matcha milk tea, tapioca boba in both. I really like the aesthetic and chill vibe of the store, offers games to relax while enjoying your drink. They do offer other things such as fruit teas, smoothies and waffles! Always appreciate the warm welcome of the staff, go check out Num Num if you haven't already!

I ordered oolong milk tea with boba, 25% sugar and less ice (cuz it’s cold out). Let’s just say… it’s the most watered down milk tea I’ve ever had so disappointed. Very little flavor, literally tasted like dishwater from washing the cup ? I guess if you are going for a fruit flavored smoothie or full-sugar drink, it might be okay. But if you are looking for some strong, authentic, brewed (milk) tea… try a different place.Boba was pretty though! Chewy yet tender & nice sweet flavor. Staff was very nice.

Fast casual boba place, for quick grab and go. Nice little lounge area to kick back and relax or play games. Service was quick and prompt. Came to order few bobas for the office. Their bobas are good. I like their popping bobas especially dragon fruit. Give this place a try. They also have another location in North Reno right of Mae Ann.

Craving boba while visiting Reno I randomly Googled and lucked out on finding this charming place with amazing drinks. My niece ordered the "awakening", and with the suggestion of the staff, ( I told her I am not a fan of too much sugar) I ordered red bean in coconut milk with mango jelly. It was perfect and refreshing on a hot summer day. Love the mango jelly!

When I talked to the lady who made this, she said this is their recipe, if we ordered no ice drink, it'll be more water in it. Never heard a recipe that has 20% drink and 80% ice/water.Don't recommend this place who doesn't keep their service honest and consistent.

We dropped by the Dragon Lights Festival at the Wilbur D. May Arboretum & Botanical garden and Num Num Boba was one of the vendors a the Lantern Food Court. We tried their Thai Milk Tea Boba and it was great; not too sweet but still very refreshing, plus the tapioca pearls was perfectly chewy but not tough nor bland. The service was fast and friendly, and the price was reasonable for the amount of drink you get. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Very cool place with great tasting drinks with boba. They have variety of drinks and bubble waffle. They have a little gift shop area that sells fun stuff including some Thai gifts and food. Very nice staffs and fast service. Drinks came out in just a few minutes.

You know I love this place and I've been here seven days in a row and I've requested seven times that you please fill your hand sanitizer station and for the love of god, freaking clean that front door! It's absolutely disgusting!!!! I don't get it! Hand me the damn winded and paper towels and I'll clean it my damn self!!
