I’m very new to biking, and I spontaneously walked into this shop just to ask a couple questions about maintenance on a bike that I had purchased on Facebook from someone nearby. I walked in with no knowledge, and Trish gave me the most amazing customer service. She told me what I needed to fix it up and keep it running. All great recommendations from tubes to a new bike lock. I ended up getting it serviced there and they were able to get it done fairly quickly. Trish even was kind enough to get me set up with my bike rack that I bought elsewhere so it would fit well on my car. After all that, this woman definitely deserves a raise!I myself work in customer service, and I am beyond floored by how amazing my experience was here. I cannot say enough good things!

Ordered a set of KEO pedals on Aug 8th via Marketplace. Pedals never shipped. I sent a number of requests for information and received no replies. I had to request a cancellation via Marketplace.

Wow.... these people are amazing. Went in looking for kind of a one off. They didn't really have what I was looking for but said "give me your number, they come in all the time, we'll let you know when we get one." 45 minutes later they called. We went back to look at the bike and it was great. Not exactly what I was looking for, but we are definitely only going to buy our next bike from this location. If you are in need of a bike (new or used) or you would just like a lesson in exceptional customer service, these are your people!!! PS, my wife LOVES their coffee =

I brought my sons bike to them on a Friday. Even though I was quoted one week for the repairs, I received a call Saturday afternoon that his bike was done. My son is so happy to have his bike back. They did an amazing job, had amazing service, we're very friendly and professional. I will be back.

Favorite bike shop in Reno. Newish to the area, and have visited bike shops in the area looking for one that I felt understood my needs. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Great selection of bikes and biking stuff. Super friendly staff. Never been disappointed.

Love this place. The Owner and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus an added bonus is they have a coffee shop right inside.

These people care. Plain & simple. I'm new to biking and they made me feel at home. Trish, David, Emma & the whole team had a smile and kind guidance the entire time I was there. Can't speak highly enough about a business who is local and big on customer care. I'll be back and would definitely recommend you check them out too.

Great shop. They service all bikes. No frowns because you bought the bike online or somewhere else. They only stock Bottacchia road frames - the most iconic Italian road bike. So repairs is their business. Good luck!

I went in with plans to spend the money I needed to make my bike work for me. I ended up spending no money and had all my questions answered and they helped me adjust the bike to fit me with what I already had. I will absolutely be back. The willingness to sacrifice the sale to do what's best for the customer is rare. I will shop here in the future.

On 1.20.2021, I purchased two Continental Gatorskin Black Edition Tires - 700 x 25 Clincher, Folding, Black tires from John at Orange Pedal. He had to order the tires because they were not in stock. He told me he was going to order 4 tires because they are popular tires. He charged me $60.00 per tire. When I got home, I checked the price online and found several websites selling the exact same tire for $30.00. I called John and explained what I found and told him I would pay $30.00 for each tire from him or I wanted a refund. He told me that he would refund my credit card. After a week, I checked with my credit card and there was no refund. On 1.28.2021, I called John back at the shop and he said he would take care of it and send me a text. On 1.29.2021, John sent me a text saying "we can't get the card to charge back. Can I put it on your store account and hit you with a discount next time?" I declined and told him I wanted a refund. He responded "just come by and we'll get it squared away." I stopped by the shop that day and John was not there. The employee who was there said he didn't know how to refund credit cards. The Orange Pedal bike shop experience was disappointing at best. Being charged a bit more to support local is one thing, but being double charged on merchandise the shop is ordering online is not cool.I recommend you shop at a different bike shop.

The staff was friendly and masked, most of the time. Brought in my road bike for specific needs. They did not give me an estimate just a blank work order. They ended up claiming they did other repairs or cleaning that added $70+ to the bill. They messed with a front derailleur but didn't reinstall it properly. It was out of alignment and not secured so it slipped down the seat tube into the large crank wheel while riding causing me a long walk home. I won't go back to this shop but if you do, insist on a detailed estimate or work order or expect to pay for something you hadn't planned on.
