Never thought I'd say this, but panda let me down. I ordered a bigger plate and they left out my orange chicken. Now I usually don't get angry but I paid for that!! And it's my sons dinner... so I'm very sad to say this panda but you let me down as customer. I have an empty slot on my plate like I do in my heart now.

My son and I visit this Panda Express atleast 3 times a week while playing at Circus Circus & Everytime we visit it’s not just poor customer service but horrible customer service skills from the cashier. Very Unprofessional. I’ll be getting her name next time and reporting her. She’s seems to not like her job by the way she snatches money and her demeanor towards customers. I love Panda Express and have thousands of points stacked up in my app. We visit to have fun and grab some quick dinner but at this point it’s been every time we visit I’m leaving a little frustrated by her attitude when there’s no reason for it.

Quick bite for dinner. It is located at the food pavilion in Circus Circus Casino. Basic cafeteria seating, cleaning your table off before you use it. The food at Panda is ok for fast food. On the luke warm side.

I love the food as it is always fresh. I ordered just a small size side dish item and it was enough for me as I like to eat lighter meals. They have sides or entree items as you can order anything alacart.Vegetarian options: The veggie dish is fresh and crisp, broccoli and bok choy.Kid-friendliness: This place is located in the Circus ? Circus casino on the second floor.

Went there on 12/13/23. 1rst employee would not help me because she was busy making her own dinner. When I eventually got my 2 item plate ( 20 min. later) chow mein was cold and dried out. Would not return.

$1.00 extra for only four shrimps in the cub meal. Not worth it. Go get authentic Chinese food at least that’ll be worth it.

Panda Express is a well known chain and this location is towards the back of the Circus Circus food court in Reno. The chain's success is based on preparing only a few dishes, but doing them well. The options are all visible in the trays which are small enough to assure the food is fresh. Options included chicken, beef, and shrimp as well as numerous sides such as rices and vegetables. Vegetarian options are on the menu. Portions are generous and prices are fair. The menu is a little difficult to navigate as there are options to be served multiple proteíns and sides in a bowl or plates and container. I had the fried rice and orange chicken. Skip the egg rolls. The cashier provided condiment packets and utensils upon request. Remember this is a food court so the seating is limited and noisy. Lots of kids as this is right next to the midway! Cleanliness depends on how recently staff made the roundS of the tables!

Well, 15 years ago my first review on Yelp was a Panda Express, why not make #1000 a Panda Express. The Circus Circus food court Panda is both surprisingly good and surprisingly not too overpriced (only like $1 over normal locations for each meal type). I visited a couple times while staying at Silver Legs and the employees were always really on the ball, hook it up with the sauces beyond any other location I've ever been to, no one tried to charge for water cups, food was solid and dependable. Lots of places to sit up here too, it's a good place to chill for a bit if you need some computer or phone time while on the run.Only thing to look out for, this place does accept and give Caesars Rewards points, but if you pay with points you're charged 2x the dollar value. So say your meal is $10, you pay $20 worth of Caesars points if you go that route. I believe the Habit Burger next door takes them at 1x if you're looking for the best points redemption value in the area.

In town a week for the Miss USA pageant, and had quite the experience at the Circus-Circus Reno location. while every other experience we have had was positive, at the Panda Express in the food court was bloody awful! My daughter ate LITERALLY 3 pieces of her orange chicken and spit the fourth out. It smelled off, the friend rice was oily.We each ate 1 wonton (typically our favorite side) and they were rubbery and tasted like they were sour. The third was thrown away. I had 4 pieces of actual chicken in my mushroom chicken! I had to wait for my supergreens then they were oily and tasted like peanut sauce or oil. Needless to say another plate thrown into the trash! There were no straws I had to ask for myself and another gentleman, the employee instead of giving us straws, fills the bucket and THEN gives us straws. Not a napkin on site. What a waste of $30+ glad I don't crave Chinese! I only chose it because I am on an extremely restrictive diet, I cannot have more 6g sugar per meal and no gluten, thus my options are limited, and typically I can eat mushroom chicken and greens- it wasn't edible, mine or my daughters. We will avoid that place like the plague today and tomorrow before we leave Reno, and will tell others to avoid it!clearly we should have read reviews first!
