This store helped us out so much! We are the PTO from a local elementary school and found ourselves short on pizza during a fundraiser. Papa John’s saved us by making 10 XL pizzas in 30 minutes. Thank you so much!! We will definitely be sending our business your way again!

⚠️ DISGUSTING! ? The worst pizza & service I ever experience! ?I made an Uber order, which got daleyed for 1 hour! I call the restaurant to inform, so they can make anotger pizza, I mean, who does want to eat a pizza cooked 1 hour ago freeze and cold? The person that answer the phone told they will make it happend. My surprise was when I receive the pizza was cold as Antartic, burned as hell & gross like don’t know what, but total disgusting! I will give 0 stars is possible! I’ll never prder again, I won’t do it if I was you to!

They Intentionally did it on purpose by not cutting the pizza into slices. They put way too much pizza sauce and this Will be the last time I ever order pizza from this place. Incompetent LAZY MF that work here. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I was in South Reno for my monthly appointment and decided to bring home dinner for the kids. I ordered a large stuffed crust like my previous visit. This time, my crust was not burnt, but my dough was slightly undercooked. The service at the counter was like last time, with no complaints. The young gentleman was very helpful. He just missed my buffalo sauce for the chicken. I usually check, so shame on me. This is a take out only restaurant, but there is a bench if you have to wait for your order. I added a cookie and a side of boneless chicken just a fancier way to say chicken nuggets, but whose really judging? They were good, I had a bite. Will I order them again? Probably not, but I'll definitely be back next month for my next appointment in South Reno. It just might be a ritual with my kids once a month, chocolate cookie was perfect!

I have been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks each time was excellent. Even with the new owner. The only thing is the place is a bit dated inside and not exceptional for cleaning
Decided to order in some pizza tonight. The driver / service was good, but I was pretty disappointed in the food. It was undercooked & wasn't cut through. Glad we have a pizza cutter. The chicken poppers were cold as well.

So I placed a order for delivery on March 31 2023 it was for the works and the NEW Crispy Parm and when I received my pizza there where mushrooms on the works and no banana peppers. I call them for them to replace my order as it cost a lot in the first place so they send me a new pizza and this one does not have banana peppers or pepperoni on it at all and there was mushrooms cut up inside the sauce as well when I call back and talk with the manager told him I did not want the pizza I just wanted my money back and he hangs up on me. This is poor customer service I will never order from this company agin not only is it over priced it is just ok pizza. If I could have give this location no stars I would have.Update April 1st 2023 Received a call from Todd a manager at this location he is amazing and apologized for the mistake and the way I was treated from the other manager Todd made sure that he made it right and took care of us thank you Todd I changed it to a 5 star only because of Todd is it a 5 star rating.

I ordered pizza and wings for the family this evening. I ordered an extra large pepperoni, mushroom, and olive pizza. As i grabbed the pizza out of the box, the toppings and cheese slid off into a pile. I took a bite of the pizza, and it was still doughy. The rest of my order was okay. I used to order Papa Johns all the time, but this is probably the last straw. Not a very satisfied customer.

Better ingredients. Better pizza. I might be giving them five stars if they actually lived up to their motto. I ordered roasted garlic as an ingredient. Instead, I got globs of the pre-minced garlic that comes out of those tubs filled with water. Totally ruined my pizza. Oh, and well-done it was not. I used to love this place. Maybe it's just this one location, but yuck!

When they make the pizza right, it is on point. Recently we've had a streak of good quality/accurate orders, and I discovered it was because of Josef. Every time I picked up he was there. I talked with him the last time and he said he prides himself on the quality of the work and encourages his employees to do the same. Well, we have noticed. Thank you Josef and team! Keep up the good work.
