From the short menu, you know that they are specialized and all about PASTA! You can personalize and order your own pasta with a variety of sauces! The rigatoni bolognese is out of this world and taste like good old home cooking! Plentiful of rich ingredients and delish! The waitress was very friendly and great customer service! She even show you pictures from today's specials on her tablet. Great idea on visuals! The restaurant decor is average and flexible to accommodate large groups. Tucked in a small strip mall, parking wasnt too bad although we had a late dinner reservation. Highly recommend for all pasta lovers at Reno, NV and will definitely come back next time!

I came in for plain ricotta-filled ravioli. A nice woman helped me find what I was after and I ended up buying two additional types of ravioli and two sauces.The ravioli that was supposed to be plain ricotta had smoked salmon in it.The sauces were watery and bland.Each frozen order of ravioli was ~$25. That is outrageous. I really want you to do well, but my personal experience is such that I will not go back.

My go-to pasta restaurant whenever I am in Reno for work. The pink spicy vodka sauce with rigatoni and truffle ravioli is always a chef's kiss. I have been here so many times that I am disappointed at myself for not already having a review for Pasta Fresca. This is truly my happy place, something about the homemade pastas, unlimited complimentary fresh warm bread dipped in a balsamic vinegar and olive oil mixture and watching the chefs top the pasta with a freshly snipped herb. Pasta Fresca has their everyday signature pastas, but during every visit, there's always at least one special item. Be sure to ask for the daily specials because you never know what they offer until you ask if they didn't already tell you. Probably one of the few Italian restaurants where I order something without meat and it is still freakin' delicious.

The menu is simple. The experience pleasant. The food was fresh and well prepared. The added chicken on my pasta was very basic so I wouldn't add again unless I just needed a hunk of protein in my life. The wine was very reasonably priced and paired well with the food. The owner was friendly as were the staff. The ambiance is small cafe, tables only, nothing fancy but cozy once the restaurant filled up. The prices were a bit high but that was likely related to the well sourced ingredients.
PF is one of the best Italian resto that I ever tried. every pasta are amazing (hand mades) with excellent sevice from the staff. friendly environment and really one of the best!

We adore this place and we love Paolo! We first met Paolo at the Farmer's Markets in town and loved bringing home his offerings to make at home. We have been into the restaurant several times and always left happy and with full bellies. We like getting the specials to try the current creative option and they NEVER disappoint! Our daughter is a fan of virtually everything on the menu as well! We love the ambiance of the restaurant, it totally reminds us of little spots in Italy from our travels- small and quaint with an open kitchen where you can see all the pasta being made in house! Our daughter who just turned 4 loves when Paolo speaks Italian to her and she tries to respond with her own version :) This place is delicious and family friendly and I am so happy it is a part of our community!
