Tried calling for a pick up order for about 30mins no answer, finally just drove down there. When i got there there was 1 customer and the employees just sitting at a table chatting while phone was ringing. I told them I had been trying to call as well to place an order, ladys response was you could have placed it online!!!! I said online powered by doordash where you already spike up the prices higher when its placed through there?? I said no thats exactly why i was calling to place my order. Dont think I will be coming here anymore.

I didn't actually dine at this place but after the experience I had yesterday I never will. I was going to go into the gamestop next door and I parked right in front of the restaurant. It was around 8:15 when i parked my car, there was a lady with short hair that kept staring at me and my friend while we were parking, she then knocked on the window and was doing hand signals to us that they were about to close essentially telling us to go away before knowing that we weren't even going into the restaurant. I understand that they closed at 8:30 and its a hassle getting people in before close but you dont turn someone away before even knowing where they were gonna go. I'm sure they have great food but they need to work on customer service. After yesterday I would never step foot into that place.

My husband and I usually love this place, especially when we're feeling sick or under the weather. But tonight completely changed our minds! We ordered a #14 Seafood Pho and #32 Lemongrass Chicken. My pho was extremely disappointing with hardly any seafood or toppings, it was 99% noodles. But my husband's chicken was absolutely disgusting!! First, it wasn't even the right order, but the fact that it was covered in hair!!! Idk if it was beard hair or what, but it was cooked into it!!! So disgusting and extremely disappointed in the lack of quality in this place now.. ?

Everything here is delicious and fresh. We ordered pho and a noodle bowl, a long with coffee and pot stickers. The staff was friendly, service was quick, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Highly recommend!

Most bizarre experience of my life. Entered the building at 11 on a Saturday, got blank stares from all 3 employees inside, none of whom apparently spoke English. They managed to get out “not open” even though the door was open and 2 of them were prepping food. I was told “no one speak English”. I pointed to a menu and asked “can I order?” And they said “no.” Whatttt kind of nonsense is this

Got combination phó! Broth was very flavorful and noodles were good texture with good proportions! Egg rolls were good! Service was nice and fast and the servers were really nice and checked with us frequently!

I really enjoy this restaurant. The smell from the kitchen is enough to make your mouth water and the entire menu is so good. The prices are amazing for what they offer and it's genuinely some of the best pho I've had in Reno. The garlic noodles are also really good. They have a really wide variety of options and there's also options for your vegetarian friends. They have a lot of amazing drinks in addition to the food menu. The staff is also very friendly and helpful
