We went in for a beer and bloody Mary and they charged us $70. We didn't realize till the next day when we were taking a look to make sure things added up. We go often to the pignic and have never had any problems.I called immediately and no one wants to be charged $70 for a bloody Mary and a beer. Errors happen. No big deal. Let's resolve it. The male working took our information down and said he would have the owner call us the following day. Never heard a word. Surely disappointed and won't go back. I miss the good ole customer service.

When you ask a bartender what kind of Irish Whiskey they stock, and she rattles off some run of the mill cheap American Bourbons, you can be sure of one thing... you are not dealing with a true barkeep. Terrible slow service, Dirty floors and tables. The place is a dump. Smelled bad. Looked bad. It was all bad.

I recently order take out at this establishment and was unfortunately not completely satisfied. I placed a review in regards to my order. The owner reached out in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make note of each of my issues. The bar is beautiful and has a wonderful unique idea for its foods and drinks. I did not realize when ordering over the phone that it is definitely more of a bar establishment. Take out may have not been the best option. I would live to give them another try during the summer whe they have out door eating so I may bring my children. He made me feel heard and definitely made me feel better about trying again under better circumstances. Thanks Trevor for listening and hearing Mr. I look forward to a better experience with round 2 this summer.

It was my first time going to this place last night with my wife, didn’t know anyone but the bar was nice and somewhat busy but nothing crazy. I went up for drinks to take to a table, There was 2 bartenders, The female bartender ignored me for a while then told me to move to the other side to order and proceeded to ignore me some more and take other orders. Then the 2nd bartender Kyle who was also taking orders blatantly made it obvious he wasn’t going to take my order for no good reason as he would look me in the eyes and then skip to the next person right next to me who would just show up after I’d been waiting, he did this 4 times the exact same way to the point to where I gave up after 25 minutes waiting, so I sat down. when I explained to a white gentleman next to us what was going on he went up to see how long it would take him and to no surprise he got us drinks from KYLE in less than 3 minutes! Keep in mind I was not rude or giving dirty looks at all, I am very passive and don’t look for trouble. I can’t think of anything else other than being discriminated against! 1st time there and Will never go back, its a shame as it was such a cool looking neat place.

Cool, laid-back atmosphere with great food. DJs/bands can bring in crowds on the weekends so be prepared for a packed house. The energy always makes it worth it!Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly foods.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp to the main entrance but the second floor would be inaccessible.

Genuinely amazing place and Sarah gave the absolutely best service. However the ordering was very confusing and I ended up being charged a lot more because I went through the online ordering service ? 10/10 recommend coming here. Just don't use the online service.

I randomly came across Pignic and stopped for a fantastic Cubano sandwich. The staff was great and the atmosphere is the perfect pub.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheelchair ramp for the main entrance. It was easy to navigate the restaurant with a wheelchair.

A most amazing locals place! Beers were plenty of choices- and the tritip Ramen was one of THE most amazing pub meals we have ever had. Over almost 50 years of marriage and pubs and beer! Will come back in a week to get some to go! Very fun place- super nice staff. I highly recommend!
