Save your money and time trying this place out it’s overly expensive and the meat is salty and has no flavor, salsas also taste watered down, staff is not welcoming either, just save your time.

Awful! Went around 12pm on a saturday. Sat for 10 minutes at least no help from drive thru. Went and knocked on door. 2 ladies doing nothing and wouldnt even look. Phones kept being hung up. Never going back.

Wow, what happened here? We used to live near here, so I went weekly, and the tacos were absolutely delicious and about 8 to 10 inches across. We could barely eat two. Absolutely delicious. Since we moved I haven't had any so I told my husband how about I go get some today. I ordered 10 Carna Sada, they came 4 inches big and I paid three dollars a taco and I paid $32 for 10 tacos are you kidding me? I'm like OK OK their tacos are really good so it's worth it. Until I went to warm one up in the microwave and I cannot believe how small they are now there's 4 inches are you kidding me? They were not that good either, oh well guess I won't be going there ever again. Geez. $3.00 A taco? Rip-off. Adios.

Love Jimboy's - been eating there forever. Went to this one in Reno for the first time today. Horrible customer service and I mean HORRIBLE. The gal working drive through didn't ever come on the speaker to take my order. I waited 10 minutes in an empty line by the way (go figure) then I finally pulled around. They looked at me through the glass without conking over for 5 minutes. Btw -not one customer inside - she this is at 1:30 pm on Thursday. They are all in there chatting with each other and they saw me pull up. Then I had to motion them to come over. She comes to the windows and can't speak shy English aggressive I say why aren't you taking my order. Had to ask three times - then SDR says rudely - what you want! No wonder there is nobody there - if I was the owner I would fire this crew and fast - avoiding customers? No wonder there are only two stars one get i think is the best taco. Super rude - will never go back.

Pretty terrible honestly. This was my first time trying jimboys and I will probably never be back. First off, we were one of two cars in the drive thru and it still took an unreasonable amount of time to get our food. At the ordering station, I asked how big the veggie burrito is since it was my first time and I wasn't sure if I should get 1 or 2. The employee was incredibly unhelpful. She just said "uh? I don't know it's a burrito" so I asked "like a meal burrito? Or a side burrito" and she said "i don't know some people get 1 some people get 2". I ended up getting 2 and they were huge. 1 would have been plenty Then we finally get our food. First of all I think it's pretty weird to not wrap the items individually. I'm sure this is a jimboy practice and not specific to this location, but what if you were ordering for multiple people who weren't planning on eating together? All the contents came half wrapped in one open box so sharing was difficult. We got a bean and cheese burrito which was mostly just cheese and soooo salty. We got 2 veggie burritos which would have been good, except they were dripping in grease. They were pretty soggy from how oily they were which was pretty gross to eat. I only ate a couple bites before I couldn't eat any more. They also weren't wrapped tightly so as I began to eat one end, the contents were spilling out the other end.

I frequent Jim Boys on a regular basis. This location seems to have personality and service deficiencies and I have always overlooked these negatives untill today. I purchased 12 tacos for the family and HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. They are making their regular tacos about 2" smaller. They are smaller than a street taco. Less parmesan as well. Here's an idea Jim Boys, how about charging a bit extra for the same taco? I'm cool with that. Much more than being disappointed by my meal and feeling cheated while I eat. And dump the taco wrapper. Those tacos swam in that wrapper making it worse. I'm done. See ya Jim Boys. Hello Taco John's.

The tacos are almost the size of street tacos! If you need to make a change, then let us know. Don't just switch it and say noting. We would have ordered more had we known our tacos would be HALF SIZED! They were also out of taco sauce. Bummer, but survivable. Little to no Parmesan on the outside, almost no lettuce. Why does this location always seem to have the

Wanted this to be 5 stars , because the Beef tacos are good- but only when fresh . Maybe ask them for no lettuce . They cost too much to be getting anything soggy or less than fresh . So - 3 stars it is .
