I ordered the. Veggie Supreme Pizza (through GrubHub) and, even though the driver was delayed in traffic, I warmed it up in the oven and it was lovely. The thin crust was perfect and the toppings were well-balanced and showcased the Pizano's sauce. I particularly enjoyed the added bite of the pepperoncini. Next time, I will have the restaurant delivery instead.

A pretty good pizza place. Don't expect anything too crazy but for an affordable price you can get a nice pizza. They have a very large choice of pizzas but also offer a lot of sandwiches which are very tasty! Service was very friendly too. I would recommend!

Super bummed to say that Pizanos has obviously changed all of its ingredients.The crust, cheese, and toppings don’t even compare to what they were six months ago.This is our second time coming back and not having a great experience - as we had hoped they were just having a bad night.We used to love this place. Not sure if they’ve changed leadership or what has happened, but it’s just not the same quality wise anymore.This used to be one of the few places around where you could get a really good pizza.Unfortunately their pizza has become more comparable to little Cesar’s. Canned sauce, cheap cheese, low quality toppings.Huge bummer.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I ordered direct from them, they passed the delivery off to door dash. The food was left on the ground outside without any notice it was delivered. It was in the 30s, the pizza was ice cold. $50 for an ice cold pizza. When I called the restaurant they told me they weren't responsible and that I needed to call door dash even though I didn't order from door dash. She said it's not their problem. Door dash of course said it was the restaurant that should refund the cost of the pizza. The arrogance of telling your customer that your mistake isn their problem is beyond insulting.

I’ve been going here for a few months now and the pizza is great but on my most recent order, I was overcharged for a supreme large and they forgot the buffalo sauce, otherwise very good pizza.

I gave this place three stars because the lady was really nice on the phone... but it was definately NOT GREAT by any means...The crust is sub par. I am not sure if it was the crust or the sauce but both pizzas were to spicy... Over all we thought it was mehhhh...Wings were ehhhh. Salad was great! For $115.00 I was not impressed. Wont order from here again.

I don't know how this place has such high ratings, previous patrons don't seem to know what good pizza is. The positive note is that the order was delivered on time as quoted (just before midnight) and the driver was competent and friendly. Pizza crust was dense and sauce had no flavor. Breadsticks were flavorless and the dipping sauce tasted like Ragu from a jar. Didn't finish half the pizza or more than one breadstick, it just wasn't worth eating.

If I could give 100 stars, I would!Firstly, I am not from here and this was my first time in Reno. I had to order a large order for our wrestling team's dinner. I was searching pizza places near me and I'm a stickler for choosing the best rated/ reviewed places. I saw pizanos and it was the best rated pizza near us.I first spoke to Jacob, who was very patient with me while ordering as it was very loud where I was. After he took my order, we were having issues with payment. Since we weren't too far from there, my husband and I decided to walk over. We get there and we were greeted by Marky.(I'm spelling that wrong, I'm sorry lol) She was very sweet and took care of us once we got there. She gave us water cups and showed us immaculate service. Our order was done in about 20-25 min when we thought would be over an hour. Since we walked, Marky insisted that they'd give us a ride back with all these pizzas and wings lol. It was silly on our part to think we could walk back but just the fact that it wasn't even a question to help us was mind blowing. I've never met anyone so willing to help. They are incredibly kind and helpful individuals. I greatly appreciate the awesome experience. Pizza & wings were great 100/10! Everyone loved it and couldn't stop saying how good it was. Thank you so much guys. God Bless You!
