Are they lying too at Lakeside location?4/16/24@STACY she had called me June the 24th after telling me the previous Thursday they were not hiring. She wanted me to drop everything and come in for an interview that day on Saturday.I explained I could not do that at such last minute but I would like an interview set in concrete please. Having excellent ears,I could hear the frustration in her voice that that was not the answer she wanted but gave me an interview anyway for the following Thursday the 29th at 2:00 p.m. ,I showed up before 2: 00 and was back home BEFORE 2:00 p.m. and Stacy didn't even show she had another employee handed me an application to fill out.Dear World how do you get an interview??? By filling out an application and then the manager will call you to schedule an interview good job!! Good Anwser ?she had no intentions on giving me a job there I filled out the application Stacy called for an interview and then Stacy was a no call no show which is discriminating against the disabled who can work still if I can get there and not be killed by a car or another human then I can work for Pizza Factory but they showed me discrimination!!! S T A C Y should not be a manager Eventually someone reached out because they saw this.I was so aggravated I recorded a video when I got home I recorded a video. Warning BAD WORD, I AM SORRY... as a human I deserve to be heard not just keep being ignored and thrown away like trash I am a human my eyesstopped working not my brain!I do not understand why it is so difficult for people to be honest ?

Had 2 lunch buffet with 2 drinks plus tip $32. Not bad. They only put out 3 pizzas at a time and for their crowd that was not enough to keep up with it. But very affordable and extremely kind staff.

Yesterday I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza to take away, my surprise was that when I got home, the pizza did not have chicken, only cheese and BBQ sauce, and secondly, the prices on the menu are not the same when they charge you. Some have had good luck, not in my case.

New ownership changed everything and increased prices 20% in the last month, crust is no longer bubbly and good, sausage is just some generic stuff, I am speechless. I have eaten at pizza factory in many small towns since I was a toddler, I’ve lived in Reno for the last year and a half and ordered 23 (this confirmed by pizza factory) pizzas in that time, all exactly the same and all were absolutely wonderful, this was my favorite pizza, until today, new owners, cut costs and bad pizza… I called and told them I noticed the difference and they said “people prefer it this way” really? They prefer the cost of their medium pizza going from $22 to $26 within one month? They said the price increase is “state sales tax”, that is just not true, I called after I got home and confirmed the new ownership. and really, customers prefer the cut quality? Other long time customers must agree with me. How would any long time pizza factory customer prefer you switching from homemade ranch to some preservative ridden tasteless generic stuff… good luck with your business, I’d rather drive to Gardnerville or Carson or even Temecula California for the REAL Pizza factory… never coming back (here), I plan to eat pizza factory for life. I’m still in shock from this tragedy. Update: I tasted it, I ate two pieces, usually eat 4, it’s really, really bad, the crust is poor quality, heavy and glutinous as a rock, the sauce is different, cheese is much lower quality, the quality of the new sausage is truly sad to discuss compared to the old version, all in all it reminds me a lot of little Caesar’s, but I haven’t eaten that in years. It’s bad. I think I’ll look seriously into how a franchise can change a quality product to a cheap knockoff and still call themselves a Pizza Factory, maybe I’ll open my own. I’m truly sad to lose my favorite pizza.

Good pizza, but keep in the mind the salad is only fresh during certain times of day. They seem to restock only during shift change it seems, not when something runs out so everything just sits there and gets nice and brown. And then if you ask them if you could get something else instead because everything you wanted on your salad is squishy, transparent, brown or pink, they say "just wait we will fix it" and they replace one vegetable, call it good like the broccoli isn't dried and brown or the lettuce isn't pink and tell you the salad bar is ready again and don't offer you anything else

We've been to this location a few times already in the last 2 years and really enjoy dining there. My family and I recently came in this past Saturday night, and it's now also under new ownership. We always order their pizza and wings. Excellent quality, and as always, amazing customer service.

Amazing pizza, great service and the salad bar was the perfect accompaniment. George and Vera (new owners) were so nice. Made us feel like we had come home for Sunday lunch.Do yourself a favor and GO. Enjoy pizza, wings, salad, beverages. You will not be disappointed:)

It was in a perfect spot, immediately as we walked in we said this is gonna be good. The place is chill and everyone was super friendly. And believe it or not the staff is actually helpful and they even seemed happy to help. The food was amazing!! Like everything, then the beer and wine on tap! It was the best of both worlds my family enjoyed themselves and I got to as well. Sam, Alyssa and Daniella made our experience memorable, we loved it so much we stopped by before leaving Reno! Must try!!! And don’t forget dessert!
