Went there this morning 11am 4/8/24, asked the cashier/pizza maker/possibly GM I think I saw an ad on TV for a special, then I asked what the specials are, She wouldn't tell me! She said tell me what special you saw and I'll tell you if we have it. So I said 12.99 large and she said yes. Is this normal procedure for pizza hut?? If it is I'll go to the many, many other pizza spots near me.I've been in the restaurant industry for 26 years, never believe a situation like this.

I order wings for delivery because I obviously couldn’t go for carry out I was craving the wings so much and received these horrible no sauce burnt wings. I called the store and spoke to “manger” Michael who seemed extremely bothered about my unsatisfaction toward my wings that he mentioned that he made himself ! Knowing I had no way to get there only option he gave me was to take them back and get them replaced. I not only that he was trying to speak over me Everytime I was trying to explain. I have worked customer service and have been a manager myself and let me just say he’s customer service is very unprofessional. Worse experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut !

Excellent service, all around. I didn't rate the atmosphere as it's a pick-up-your-pizza place and leave. No Atmosphere rating...Please ensure you get the Original Pan pizza; it's better than hand-tossed or thin crust, in my opinion.

She was very short and impatient with me and I don't give people my business if they are unprofessional, I was about to leave then she started yelling at me to leave. I asked what did I do wrong and that I'm not going to leave without her name. And she said she the manager like nothing is going to happen to her, as if she untouchable. And she explained she got anger with me because she asked me too many questions, but when I walked in I expressed we have not been to a Pizza Hut before.Ma'am, you got have better customer service, if you need a break, do it. So you don't take it out on the those thats are supporting your business

This was by far the worst pizza I've ever had delivered. It was on par with a frozen pizza from the grocery store and it cost $30 bucks.The quality of Pizza Hut's product is terrible. I don't know what happened to them.I had a bad experience the last time I ordered and they sent me coupons that I couldn't redeem.It had been months since and thought I'd give them another try.That's a mistake I won't be making again.Pizza Hut just isn't an option for having a pizza delivered again.

Michael who claims to be the manager couldn't help us with an order that was given to us incorrectly when explaining my situation Michael was rude, unhelpful, and completely uncooperative. I don't recommend this store or appreciate this staffs service.
