I called to place an order for delivery. The girl that answered said they are not doing deliveries for another 2 hours, it was 5:47pm. So I did pick up instead and was told the food would be ready within 25-45 mins. I got there about 40 mins after I placed the order. I was told by the cashier lady it would be about 5 more minutes. Said ok no problem. I was sitting on the bench and another employee came and asked what my name was. She said I needed to go to the register. She met me there and said it's gonna be a little bit as my pizza went with another customer. I asked why the 1st girl lied to me about a 5 minute wait. She had no answer. I waited another 30 minutes while I'm watching ppl who ordered AFTER me got food and ppl who were dinning in ordered after me and got food. There was a guy that ordered after me and he was still waiting for his food once I finally got my order. The pizza was burnt, the wings and fries were cold. I really didn't want to bring bad food to my family so I threw it away the pizza and got pizza somewhere else. I warmed up the fries and wings in the oven. We will NOT be going back to this location. I should of know to go to the Prater location. We never have issues there.

It’s very upsetting that I gave this place three chances from the first to get my order right and the food be cooked right. Instead I get oil for sauce, rubbery wings and burnt pizza… I really hoped my recent order would make up for the last but it didn’t. I will not be ordering here again. The management needs some reevaluation. 47 dollars wasted again.

Our family has been eating here for a long time. Hot consistent food has become very expensive and inconsistent. Food arrives 1 1/2 - 2 hours after ordering for delivery. Don't bother ordering fries because they'll come soggy and gross. This food isn't good enough to warrant a 2 hour deliver time.

Man this place is bad. And really inconsistent.We ordered Hawaiian pizzas but one with jalapeños. The jalapeño one came out great, but the regular, which is always for my daughter because even when I used to get one pizza and pick off the jalapeños she would complain that it was still too hot. Parents you know what I mean, she gotta see her own pizza without them or she just know it still spicy. Her pizza came out horrible! Almost no toppings or even any cheese and just looked like a mess. I don’t even know why they gave it to us, of course it came out second. When I complained the kid came and took it back and they threw more cheese and toppings and I don’t know like probably put it in a microwave or something to melt it. It was just so rubbery.And no discount for the mess! And they ain’t cheapWe’d never comeback but man that ranch is so delicious. Need to steal recipe so I can stop getting terrible service
